動きやすい home owners are turning a popular seafront into a '無断占拠者s' （軍の）野営地，陣営' as they spend 週末s there for 解放する／自由な and even urinate on the beach, furious 居住（者）s said.

Shingle Bank beach on the north shore of the 小島 of Sheppey is a favourite 位置／汚点／見つけ出す の中で surfers, paddle boarders and fans of other water sports.

The raised shingle area has 見解（をとる）s across the estuary?but the scenic seafront is 疫病／悩ますd by モーター homes and caravans, によれば 地元のs.

居住（者）s complained people are 基本的に living there and are even urinating on the beach, as they called for 料金s to be introduced to 取り組む the problem.

But Mrs Jackson believes they've just moved to Shingle Bank instead.

A letter from the 会議 問題／発行するd under section 43 of the anti-social behaviour, 罪，犯罪 and policing 行為／法令／行動する, 夜通し （軍の）野営地，陣営ing between 8pm and 8am is 違法な and likely to have a 'detrimental 影響' on 地元のs.

It read: 'This 行為／行う is 不当な and must stop すぐに.'

It said the 会議 had received （民事の）告訴s and that continued use would result in a £100 直す／買収する，八百長をするd 刑罰，罰則 notice. If 未払いの, 治安判事s can 問題／発行する a 罰金 of up to £2,500 and 要求する the '降伏する of 所有／入手s' which could then be destroyed or 性質の／したい気がして of by police, acco rding to KentOnline.
