The husband of a woman 殺人d during a home 侵略 says 司法（官） has not been served after her teenage 殺し屋 was 刑務所，拘置所d for 14 years.
Mother-of-two Emma Lovell was fatally stabbed in the heart after two boys, then 17 years old, broke into their family's house north of Brisbane about 11.30pm on ボクシング Day in 2022.
One of the teens, now 19, was 宣告，判決d in Brisbane 最高裁判所 on Monday having earlier pleaded 有罪の to 殺人.
Speaking outside 法廷，裁判所 afterwards, 物陰／風下 Lovell said no 宣告，判決 would bring 支援する his wife and the mother of their two teenage girls Kassie and Scarlett.
The girls also …に出席するd the 宣告，判決ing to support their dad, whose birthday was also on Monday.
Outside 法廷，裁判所 Ms Lovell's widower 物陰／風下 said he welcomed the 宣告，判決 but said that it wouldn't be enough to bring his wife 支援する.
'I'd like to think going 今後 this could help other people, 始める，決める a new precedent,' he told reporters outside 法廷，裁判所.

'(We) were thinking he'd get a life 宣告，判決,' he said.
'It's good to get 14 years but it is never going to be enough ... I don't feel 司法（官） is served one bit.'
Mr Lovell was stabbed in the 支援する and 繰り返して kicked in the 長，率いる while the couple tried to chase the teens out of the house during the attack.
