The Archewell 創立／基礎 was branded 'delinquent' because 明言する／公表する 公式の／役人s did not 過程 a $200 (£160) cheque, sources の近くに to Prince Harry?and Meghan Markle （人命などを）奪う，主張するd today.
The organisation was also 法案d as 'not in good standing' by the Registry of Charities and Fundraisers - part of the 司法省 in California, the 明言する／公表する where the Duke and Duchess of Sussex live in a £12million mansion and operate the charity.

The letter says an organisation 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）d as 'delinquent' is banned from 'soliciting or 支出するing charitable 基金s' and its 登録 may be '一時停止するd or 取り消すd'.
A physical cheque was part of the とじ込み／提出するing sent to the California 司法長官's Office and it is understood that a new one has been sent to 解決する the 問題／発行する.
The letter from California's Registry of Charities and Fundraisers 警告するs: 'An organisation that is 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）d as delinquent is not in good standing and is 禁じるd from engaging in 行為／行う for which 登録 is 要求するd, 含むing soliciting or 支出するing charitable 基金s.
'The organisation may also be 支配する to 刑罰，罰則s and its 登録 may be 一時停止するd or 取り消すd by the Registry.
'Once you 服従させる／提出する the delinquent 記録，記録的な／記録する(s), you will be 通知するd of the 量 of any late 料金s that are 借りがあるd.'
