A 難民 has argued he shouldn't be sent home because of his 'queer 身元', after he was caught trying to 密輸する more than 10kg of methamphetamine into Australia.
The man is now 直面するing 国外追放 after then 大臣 of 移民／移住 Andrew Giles cancelled his ビザ and the 行政の Review 法廷 (ART) 辞退するd to 取り消す the 決定／判定勝ち（する）.?
The 33-year-old is serving a 刑務所，拘置所 宣告，判決 of four years and nine months for his 試みる／企てるd 麻薬 trafficking.?
