Under the new 支配するs, any changes to price must be '明確に 明白な'.

Telling a 顧客 about extra 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s 口頭で would not be enough to 満足させる the new 条件s - and proprietors could 直面する a 刑罰，罰則 for getting it wrong.
