In Tempe, 15 miles east of 不死鳥／絶品 and home to Arizona 明言する／公表する University (ASU), Culdesac is making its 指名する for itself as 'the first car-解放する／自由な 近隣 built from scratch' in the country.?

Its first lot of 居住（者）s, numbering almost 40, moved in 2023, but 結局 Culdesac 目的（とする）s to house 1,000 居住（者）s in 760 apartments on its 17-acre 陰謀（を企てる） by next year.

The idea of the 近隣 is that people can go to the supermarket, for a coffee, workout and take their pet for a run around the dog park without 運動ing. It's built next to the light rail line that takes you to downtown 不死鳥／絶品.

'We're not creating a different lifestyle here. We're 説 some of the best parts of life are 存在 able to meander as part of your?day. Like what are the worst parts of your day? Waking up in the morning, feeling like you're in a 急ぐ, hopping into your garage, hopping in your car and sitting in traffic,' Culdesac's?Erin Boyd tells Dirksen.

'It's like okay, c an we 除去する that and if you 除去する that what does that time 許す?
