長，率いるing to Amsterdam for a quick 週末 break? Here's how to pack as much as possible into a day and a half…

Saturday

9am: Breakfast

Kick off your whirlwind 小旅行する of Amsterdam with breakfast at Koffiehuis “De Hoek” on the corner of Reestraat and Prinsengracht in the Canal 地区. This cosy coffee shop is just the ticket to 始める，決める you up for a day of 調査するing, so tuck into a typical Dutch pancake or open-直面するd 挟む and wash it all 負かす／撃墜する with a cup of strong coffee.

10am: Canal Houses and Museums

From here, you’ll be 井戸／弁護士席 placed to visit a number of Amsterdam’s best Canal 地区 museums. The obvious place to start is the Anne Frank Huis, which lies four minutes north on the same street. The world famous museum 文書s the life and times of the ユダヤ人の 十代の少年少女, who with her family and others went into hiding from the Nazis during the second world war. Here you can visit the undercover 別館 where Anne wrote her diary, and 見解（をとる） 反対するs and 文書s belonging to the people in hiding, 含むing the bookcase which 隠すd the 別館’s secret door.

1pm: Lunch

の近くに to the Anne Frank Huis, the cosy and elegant Restaurant 黒人／ボイコット and Blue is one of Amsterdam's best steakhouses. If that sounds a bit 激しい for the middle of the day, don't panic ? いっそう少なく hungry diners can choose from a lunch menu 十分な of casual dishes and はしけ fare, 含むing a simple steak 挟む with hummus and pepper relish, beef tartare focaccia with poached egg, or a 100% 黒人／ボイコット Angus burger. It's the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely lunch in a stylish, unhurried setting.

You can’t 避ける cyclists in Amsterdam, so you may 同様に join them. And it’s an excellent, 安価な and healthy way to 調査する the city too. 7pm: Dinner and drinks

After dropping your bike 支援する at Bike City, wander two 封鎖するs over to Rozengracht and stop for dinner at trendy seafood restaurant Pesca. Select whatever takes your fancy ? it's 罰金 to mix up several different fish ? then go and collect it from the 反対する once it’s cooked. After dinner, walk off your fish feast with a five-minute stroll to 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 Oldenhof on Elandsgracht. Sunday

10am: Breakfast

Begin your second day with breakfast at Valerius in Amsterdam South, which is only a five-minute walk from the Museum ４半期/4分の1. This low-重要な corner cafe has a relaxed ambience and an airy 内部の, so 得る，とらえる a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する and enjoy a simple breakfast of yoghurt, fruit, croissants and coffee. 11am: The Museum ４半期/4分の1

With 限られた／立憲的な time in the city, you might want to be selective with your art gallery choices rather than trying to cram in the whole shebang. The big three in this part of town are the Rijksmuseum, the 先頭 Gogh Museum and the 同時代の art of the Stedelijk Museum ? all of which are 価値（がある） seeing, of course, but 非，不，無 of which can be done 適切に in a few hours.

Nonetheless, with some careful planning, it’s perfectly possible to see the very edited 最高潮の場面s of all three museums, 特に if you 避ける 列s by 調書をとる／予約する tickets in 前進する online. Alternatively, 購入（する） one of the city passes that 許すs 入り口 to all of Amsterdam’s major museums, as you’ll get 割引s on other attractions and 解放する／自由な public 輸送（する） too.

If you do decide to whizz around the lot, spend a few minutes beforehand deciding what you want to see, and save time by dining in one of the museums’ excellent cafes rather than sitting 負かす／撃墜する for lunch どこかよそで. In the Rijksmuseum, the biggest draw is undoubtedly Rembrandt’s enormous 軍の ensemble portrait The Night Master, 同様に as 絵s by other Dutch masters like Johannes Vermeer and Frans Hans the 年上の.
