裁判官 is '楽観的な' about Doherty's 麻薬 進歩

The 裁判官 told the singer that she was even more 楽観的な than she had been at his previous review in October and, as a result, his 事例／患者 need not be reviewed as frequently.

"I would like to think it's more 楽観的な than the last review in O ctober," the 地区 裁判官 said.

She told Doherty, who appeared at his 最新の 法廷，裁判所 外見 wearing a dark 控訴 and carrying his trademark trilby hat, that his doctor had referred to the "広大な／多数の／重要な 成果／努力" he was making to （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域 his 中毒.

"But it's a long 過程 and there is another nine months to go," she said.

"This is more 楽観的な but we cannot take the 圧力 off. It takes day-to-day 成果／努力."

Defence counsel Bruce Clark agreed that Doherty's 進歩 was "encouraging".

"Most people would have failed by now," he told the 裁判官.

The 裁判官 ordered Doherty to return to 法廷，裁判所 for another review on April 18.

As he left the 法廷，裁判所 に引き続いて the five-minute 審理，公聴会, the 星／主役にする said it had not been 平易な trying to give up 麻薬s.

"It's like she said, really it's just time.

"For the first time I am 現実に turning up for 任命s in a coherent 明言する／公表する. For them, it's a big step.

"It's just a really 肯定的な time for me at the moment," he said.

Doherty 辞退するd to comment on 報告（する）／憶測s that he and supermodel girlfriend Kate Moss are 予定 to get married tomorrow.

Moss and Doherty's rocky on-off 関係 has been 井戸／弁護士席-文書d since they met at her 31st birthday party at her home in Primrose Hill, north London, in January 2005.
