労働 has said that their 会計の 支配するs will be 類似の to the 現在の ones, which means their approach to 財政政策 is likely to stay the same.

The good news for both parties is that the economy isn't likely to 悪化する any その上の this year.

Dales says: 'インフレーション will still 落ちる その上の, the economy will probably 改善する and 利益/興味 率s may be 削減(する) in August.'

Even if the economy does 改善する, there are deeper rooted 問題/発行するs like 生産性 and growth which the winning party will have to 取り組む when they take office.

House prices and mortgages

見込みのある first-time 買い手s, who are 現在/一般に 定価つきの out of the market, will be looking for その上の support to help them get on the 住宅 ladder.

The Lifetime Isa has been a 重要な 構成要素 for aspiring homeowners, but the 現在の 所有物/資産/財産 限界 has remained at £450,000 since its 開始する,打ち上げる in April 2017. If it was 増加するd in line with 普通の/平均(する) house prices, it would have 増加するd to £580,500, によれば AJ Bell.

Housebuilding will be another 意見の不一致を生じる 問題/発行する for the major parties, as they 試みる/企てる to bring house prices 負かす/撃墜する.

Before the 2019 選挙, the 保守的なs 約束d to build 300,000 new homes in England a year. Last year, より小数の than 250,000 were built across England, むちの跡s and Scotland.

労働 has 約束d to 精密検査する the planning system and has committed to building 300,000 homes a year. The 保守的なs have committed to 1.6million homes over the next 議会.?

However, neither major party have (一定の)期間d out the ways in which they might 直す/買収する,八百長をする the broken 住宅 market.

Now we are in to 選挙 season, let's see what 誓約(する)s are made. This will give us a steer as to how the economy will 反応する.'

In the 即座の 称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語, Rightmove 予報するs that there won't be a 減産/沈滞 in the market in the run-up to the 選挙.

'An 選挙 in the summer, when the market is 伝統的に slower, could have いっそう少なく 衝撃 on 住宅 market activity than if one had been called for the Autumn,' it says.

'So, as we 長,率いる に向かって this 選挙, the 住宅 market is likely to stay active, with activity ramping up once the 選挙 is over and things become clearer. It could mean that we're gearing up for a stronger than usual August, 特に if we see 利益/興味 率s finally start to 落ちる.'

年金s

労働 and the Tories have both 誓約(する)d to keep the 明言する/公表する 年金 '3倍になる lock' for the whole of the next 議会, as they fight for the support of older people - who tend to 投票(する), 令状s?This Is Money's 年金s editor?Tanya Jefferies.

That means pensioners should carry on getting decent 増加するs every year, 始める,決める by whichever is the highest of インフレーション, 普通の/平均(する) 収入s growth or 2.5 per cent, until nearly the end of the 10年間.

Thanks to the 3倍になる lock, they got a 8.5 per cent rise in April, 上げるing the headline 率 to £221.20 a week.

The basic 明言する/公表する 年金 for those who retired before 2016 went up to £169.50 a week (but older pensioners often receive hefty 最高の,を越す-ups if these were earned during their working lives).

The Tories broke the 3倍になる lock once during the pandemic, when they could credibly 嘆願d special circumstances, and we should assume neither party will 危険 pensioners' wrath by doing this again.

However, to afford the 抱擁する 法案 they might have to bring 今後 増加するs in the 明言する/公表する 年金 age, which is already scheduled to rise from 66 to 67 between 2026 and 2028.

The タイミング of the next rise to 68 is very much up in the 空気/公表する, and before an 選挙 both parties will probably do their best to 避ける this topic, for 恐れる of riling up 投票者s in their 40s and 50s.

The 保守的なs have 誓約(する)d to introduce a '3倍になる 年金 加える'?which 誓約(する)s to raise the 税金-解放する/自由な allowance?with the highest of インフレーション, 収入s or 2.5 per cent, as with the 現在の 3倍になる lock.?

法案s

Higher energy 法案s have been a particular 苦痛 point over the last few years, as prices reached 記録,記録的な/記録する highs.

The 保守的なs are likely to point to the support they gave people in the form of the Energy 法案s Support 計画/陰謀, which was introduced in 2022. They will also point to the price cap 落ちるing to £1,690, and likely to 落ちる again by the end of July to £1,574.

However, 労働 are likely to argue that 投票者s are still struggling to make ends 会合,会う as the 衝撃 of インフレーション is still felt.

The Party has 提案するd the 開始する,打ち上げる of a 公然と-owned clean 力/強力にする company, 広大な/多数の/重要な British Energy Company. It says it would '削減(する) 法案s for good and 上げる energy 安全' by introducing a windfall 税金 on oil and gas companies.

In contrast, 労働 has 誓約(する)d to 簡単にする Isas, although it has not 供給するd much 詳細(に述べる) beyond that.

Selby says: '関わりなく who 勝利s in the 総選挙, the UK ISA should be 限定するd to the 政策 dustbin, with 焦点(を合わせる) instead trained on simplification and 増加するing the Isa allowance. This would be much more likely to 上げる UK Plc over the long-称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語.'

Jason Hollands, managing director of Bestinvest 予報するs that if 労働 勝利,勝つ the 選挙, there could be a 重要な 精密検査する for Isas.??

'When you consider the narrative 始める,決める out by 影をつくる/尾行する (ドイツなどの)首相/(大学の)学長 Rachel Reeves in her Mais lecture which 明言する/公表するd 労働 will '開始する,打ち上げる a review of the 年金 system, to 確実にする it is serving British savers and UK PLC', this might also hint at what could be in 蓄える/店 for Isas too i.e., could Isas be reshaped so that 接近 to the 税金 利益s 要求するs a 最小限 配分 into UK 資産s??

'It is pure conjecture at this 行う/開催する/段階, but a 可能性 given the high-level 経済的な thinking 始める,決める out by 労働.'?

The 政府's 計画(する) for a sale of its 株 in NatWest have also been thrown into 疑問.?

公式の/役人s had 報道によれば been working に向かって a 小売 申し込む/申し出 in the next month, but the July 選挙 will likely put this on pause.?

It could see the 労働 Party run a (選挙などの)運動をする reminiscent of the 'Tell Sid' (選挙などの)運動をする, when British Gas and British Telecom were sold off in the 1980s, at the same time it 監督するs the 開始する,打ち上げる of a 公然と-owned energy company.?
