I took out a 貸付金 with Moneybarn to buy my car, and 支払う/賃金 支援する about £200 per month.

Last week, 施行 スパイ/執行官s turned up and tried to 掴む the car. This resulted in a 対決 which lasted four hours, as I sat in the car and 辞退するd to get out.

Moneybarn says I have 行方不明になるd two 支払い(額)s and that was why it tried to take the car - but my online banking shows all of them have been made in 十分な and on time.?

The company has now 封鎖するd 接近 to my online account and 終結させるd my 賃貸し(する) 協定. I was told at one point that it wouldn't 調査/捜査する その上の unless I made an £800 支払い(額) off my balance.

I've 訴える手段/行楽地d to hiding the car to 妨げる it 存在 掴むd. Can you help? C.B, Cambs

Moneybarn, too, has 直面するd scrutiny over its 治療 of 顧客s.?

In 2020 it was 罰金d £2.77million by the regulator after it failed to 扱う/治療する some of them 公正に/かなり when they fell behind on 支払い(額)s.?

At the same time it?任意に paid out £30million to those 影響する/感情d.?

Putting past transgressions aside, the 会社/堅い is in the 商売/仕事 of 手渡すing out 安全な・保証するd 貸付金s.?

While this might not be a 特に cuddly 商売/仕事 model, that means it is perfectly する権利を与えるd to 掴む its 顧客s' 乗り物s if they stop making their 貸付金 返済s.

But you say that you have made 支払い(額)s without fail since you took on the credit 協定 last June. You've also sent me 審査する 発射s from your banking app which seem to 証明する this.

You told me you also showed the 施行 スパイ/執行官s who tried to take your car this 証拠, but as they arrived on the day your direct debit to Moneybarn was 予定 to go out and it had not left your account yet, they continued their 試みる/企てる to 掴む it.

This was にもかかわらず the fact you had money in your account to cover the £200 instalment.

Whether or not you had 行方不明になるd 支払い(額)s, I think making you 支払う/賃金 £800 before it would look into the problem その上の, as you say happened at one 行う/開催する/段階, is disgraceful sharp practice.

Loan deal: C.B pays around £200 per month off her car, which is vital for her everyday life

貸付金 取引,協定: C.B 支払う/賃金s around £200 per month off her car, which is 決定的な for her everyday life

I 接触するd Moneybarn and すぐに after, the company told you collection activity would be put on 持つ/拘留する for one month while it looked into the 事柄 ? without you having to 支払う/賃金 any extra money.?

に引き続いて that 調査, I'm pleased to say your 契約 and account have now been re-活動させる/戦時編成するd and your 支払い(額)s 再開するd.?You will be able to keep the car which is so 決定的な to your everyday life.?

So what was the problem??

Moneybarn told me it was 'genuinely sorry' to hear about the 試みる/企てるd repossession and apologised for the 苦しめる this 原因(となる)d you.?

However, it said that the root was that two months' 価値(がある) of 支払い(額)s had not in fact been made ? にもかかわらず them appearing as if they had on your banking app, which is why you were unaware.?

The 処理/取引s hadn't gone through, but this wasn't 反映するd in your app so you didn't notice.?

Vanquis also said that the repossession of the car was undertaken as a 'last 訴える手段/行楽地' after it made several 試みる/企てるs to 接触する you about the 行方不明の 支払い(額)s, to which it (人命などを)奪う,主張するs you did not 答える/応じる.

It 追加するd that your personal circumstances had changed since you took out the 財政/金融 協定, and that you only made it aware of this when the car was 存在 repossessed.

A 広報担当者 said: 'Based on the (弁護士の)依頼人 (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) we had at the time, we 行為/法令/行動するd 適切に and followed the 訂正する 過程.?

'Upon the 領収書 of new (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状), after This is Money 接触するd us, we undertook a 十分な 調査 into the 行方不明になるd 支払い(額)s with [the 顧客] and asked for 証拠 of the 支払い(額)s she believed had been made.

'Whilst we did not receive this 証拠, through discussions with [C.B] we (機の)カム to an understanding that the 支払い(額)s in questions had not been made and unfortunately [she] was unaware of this 予定 to the way in which her bank 通知するd her of such events.'

Result: After we intervened, the required information was provided and C.B is now able to keep the car - which she relies on to ferry her children to and from school (stock image)

Result: After we 介入するd, the 要求するd (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) was 供給するd and C.B is now able to keep the car - which she relies on to フェリー(で運ぶ) her children to and from school (在庫/株 image)

The 声明 continued: '予定 to [C.B's] personal circumstances we agreed we would 中止する all 回復 activity and 無効にする the termination of her 協定.?

'We subsequently 完全にするd an affordability 査定/評価 with [her] and agreed a suitable 支払い(額) 協定 with her to 支払う/賃金 off her arrears.'

'We are taking all necessary steps to support [C.B] now we have this new (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状), and we will 確実にする she continues to have 接近 to the 乗り物 moving 今後.'?

It didn't comment on why it requested an £800 支払い(額) before it would 調査/捜査する. However, other 顧客s on online 会議s have said that the company asked them to do this before it would put in place a 同意 order.?

This is a 合法的な order, 調印するd off by a 法廷,裁判所, which puts in place a 支払い(額) 計画(する) to (疑いを)晴らす a 負債.??

While 支払い(額)s had been 行方不明になるd, it was an innocent mistake on your part and I think Moneybarn's 返答 was 極端に 激しい-手渡すd.

Your story of a four-hour tussle with 回復 スパイ/執行官s outside your home is the stuff of nightmares, and in my opinion no 会社/堅い should be 扱う/治療するing its 顧客s that way.?

You told me you won't be taking out another 協定 with Moneybarn for this 推論する/理由.?

However, your story does 最高潮の場面 that it is important to keep 貸す人s abreast of any changes in your 財政上の circumstances, even if you are still able to 支払う/賃金 - and to make sure you engage with any letters or emails they send you.?

If you had realised that your 支払い(額)s weren't getting through earlier this sorry episode could have been 避けるd.??
