But it seems the 税金 office has been trying to 強化する its 同意／服従 team.?
Data 得るd by accountancy 会社／堅い Price Bailey 設立する that HMRC has 新採用するd 3,084 more staff to its 顧客 同意／服従 部隊 since 2021/22. It 示すs a 12 per cent rise in a 選び出す／独身 year.
Andrew Park, partner at Price Bailey, said: 'The 減少（する） off in 同意／服従 activity is 土台を崩すing the deterrent 影響 of HMRC's work.?
'There is growing 圧力 on HMRC to catch up on 同意／服従 activity and this hefty 増加する in staffing levels 示唆するs that the number of 的d 調査s should 意味ありげに rise in the coming years.'
The number of staff working in the three highest grades, meaning they are likely to be more experienced in 同意／服従, has grown from 3,197 to 3,541 since 2021/22.
The data also shows that the number of 税金 視察官s in the 詐欺 調査 Service, an エリート 部隊 which sits within 顧客 同意／服従, has 追加するd 539 staff in the last year, bringing the total to 4,925.
Price Bailey says that 新採用するd staff are 'likely to be experienced 税金 profession als from the 私的な 部門 and will lead コンビナート／複合体 税金 enquiries.'
'It is reasonable to 推定する／予想する a lag between 存在 配分するd 付加 資源s and seeing them 耐える fruit,' said Park.?
'HMRC now has 意味ありげに more 同意／服従 資源s than before the pandemic so it is difficult to see how HMRC can fail to return 施行 activity to pre-pandemic levels and beyond over the next one or two 税金 years.'
