Staycation favourite Cornwall is ºÇ¹â¤Î¡¤¤ò±Û¤¹ of the ºÇ¹â°Ì¤Îs, with an ÉáÄ̤Ρ¿Ê¿¶Ñ¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ë price per night of ¡ò84 for a room and ¡ò117 for a whole house.
A total of 476,910 bookings were made ·Ðͳ¤Ç popular holiday ÄÂÂߤ·¤Î companies in the area last summer, ¤Ë¤è¤ì¤Ð ʬÀÏ of Office for ¹ñ²È¤Î Åý·×¡Ê³Ø¡Ë data by the money website Wealth of Geeks.
The ¿Íʪ¡¿»Ñ¡¿¿ô»ús ¼¨º¶¤¹¤ë that holiday lets in Cornwall took bookings ²ÁÃ͡ʤ¬¤¢¤ë¡Ë ¡ò40million between the beginning of July and the end of September last year.
However, most of the ºÇ¹â¤Î¡¤¤ò±Û¤¹ 10 are °ÌÃÖ¤ò¼¨¤¹d in inner London, the ¸¦µæ showed.?

The most profitable ¾ì½ês for buy-to-let have been ÌÀ¤é¤«¤Ë¤¹¤ë¡¿Ï³¤é¤¹d, with staycation favourite Cornwall at the ºÇ¹â¤Î¡¤¤ò±Û¤¹ of the ºÇ¹â°Ì¤Îs
The ̾Êí¡Ê¤ËºÜ¤»¤ë¡Ë¡¿É½¡Ê¤Ë¤¢¤²¤ë¡Ë of ºÇ¹â¤Î¡¤¤ò±Û¤¹ ten places also ´Þ¤às several areas in London, ´Þ¤àing Westminster in second place.
The ÉáÄ̤Ρ¿Ê¿¶Ñ¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ë price of renting a holiday let in Westminster is ¡ò133 a night for a room and ¡ò435 for a house.
With 304,790 holiday let bookings, it produces a ºÐÆþ for the area in the heart of London's west end of ¡ò34,441,270 for the summer period last year.
The ·×»»¡¿¸«ÀѤês were based on bookings on Airbnb, Ä´½ñ¤ò¤È¤ë¡¿Í½Ì󤹤ëing.com and the Expedia Group, with data taken from the Office for ¹ñ²È¤Î Åý·×¡Ê³Ø¡Ë.
The ÄÂÂߤ·¤Î prices, °ìÊý¡¿¹ç´Ö, were taken from Airbnb across 388 British towns, and the total ºÐÆþ was calculated by multiplying the number of nights with the nightly cost of a room on Airbnb.
The ºÐÆþ did not take into account any costs of running a holiday let, such as ½¤Íýs and °Ý»ý¡¿À°È÷, nor did it factor in ½êÍʪ¡¿»ñ»º¡¿ºâ»º prices.
All of the remaining ¾ì½ês in the ºÇ¹â¤Î¡¤¤ò±Û¤¹ ten were in London except for one on the south coast.
This was Brighton and Hove, where ÉáÄ̤Ρ¿Ê¿¶Ñ¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ë ÄÂÂߤ·¤Î prices per night were ¡ò100 for a room.?
In total, the?data ¼¨º¶¤¹¤ëd that the British holiday ÄÂÂߤ·¤Î market made ¡ò739,211,390, during the summer of 2023.
