Former thinktank 研究員 Ms Forstater told the Daily Telegraph: 'We think the CIPD's 指導/手引 on trans and 非,不,無-binary should be scrapped and started again. It's written in a way that sounds like it's taking everyone into account, but it's not usable.'

She 追加するd: 'The answer that 'you should 協議する and take 合法的な advice' is not practicable. What we're talking about is a big company, 小売 or anywhere with lots of 場所/位置s all over the country, some of them have a picture of a woman in a dress in the door.

'Are they 女性(の) only? The answer can't be 'we'll take 合法的な advice'. The answer has to be yes or no.'

It comes after Equalities 大臣 Kemi Badenoch asked people last Wednesday to give examples of how public 団体/死体s use incorrect 指導/手引 on 接近 to 選び出す/独身-sex spaces.
