Tigers, 深い尊敬の念を抱くd apex predators of astounding strength, 知能 and beauty, are the ジャングル’s most majestic creatures. 

But they’re more than just charismatic cats and fearsome hunters ? as the phrase ‘tiger mum’ 示唆するs, 女性（の） tigers are also ひどく maternal, and new Disney+ film Tiger 明らかにする／漏らすs this through an intimate portrait of one family.

Narrated by Indian actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Tiger follows the adventures of Ambar, a tigress raising her four cubs in the forests of India. She must （軍隊を）展開する，配備する cunning and 堅い love if her babies are to 生き残る to adulthood. 

‘She has a lot to juggle ? keeping them fed and out of danger, while also guiding them to become 独立した・無所属 hunters so they can one day leave home and have their own families,’ says co-director Vanessa Berlo witz.

Although 存在 at the 最高の，を越す of the food chain means adult tigers have little to 恐れる, their cubs are 攻撃を受けやすい to predators. 

‘Ambar does all she can to 保護する her cubs from sloth 耐えるs, pythons and crocodiles,’ says director 示す Linfield, ‘but the biggest danger 直面するing them is the arrival of a 抱擁する male tiger called Shankar who’s almost twice Ambar’s size.’

Male tigers are known to kill cubs that are not their own, which puts Ambar’s offspring in 墓／厳粛／彫る／重大な danger. 

‘Much of our story hangs on the amazing lengths Ambar will go to in her 成果／努力s to 保護する her cubs from Shankar, using her heart and brains compared to his brawn,’ says 示す. ‘She really won us over with her resourcefulness.’

And the need to teach her offspring life 技術s means Ambar has to be cruel to be 肉親，親類d at times. ‘She 根気よく watches on as the cubs try to get to 支配するs with 追跡（する）ing,’ says Vanessa. ‘But she’s also 有能な of 堅い love, 運動ing her cubs from her kill when they’re older so they learn to go it alone.’

Tiger also shows us India’s diverse 野性生物, an array of creatures familiar from tales such as Rudyard Kipling’s The ジャングル 調書をとる／予約する. 

‘That 調書をとる／予約する brilliantly 逮捕（する）s the 演劇s that happen when animals like tigers, ヒョウs, pythons, sloth 耐えるs, elephants, mongooses and peacocks live 味方する by 味方する,’ says 示す. ‘All these animals also feature in Tiger, and that gives the film an extra dimension that we’re sure people will love.’

Filming took pl エース at four tiger reserves ? Satpura, Bandhavgarh and Pench in central India, and Ranthambore in Rajasthan, northern India. 

‘We were blessed to have some of India’s 最高の，を越す tiger guides on our team,’ says co-director 略奪する Sullivan. ‘They’re very 技術d at に引き続いて 足跡s and can 位置／汚点／見つけ出す tigers in 厚い ジャングル from hundreds of feet away.’

But trying to film Ambar, her cubs and other tigers was still frustratingly difficult; these big cats are so elusive it took the film 乗組員 just over four years to get enough （映画の）フィート数. 

One problem is that tigers sleep up to 20 hours a day. ‘We’d いつかs go weeks without a good sighting,’ says 示す. ‘Then we’d have to kick into 活動／戦闘 when a tiger started stalking. Blink and you 行方不明になる it.’

逮捕（する）ing Ambar 追跡（する）ing was really hard. ‘A 追跡（する）ing tiger stays hidden until the last moment,’ 示す explains. ‘And if it’s hidden from its prey, the chances are it’s hidden from the 乗組員 too.’ 

They also had to 競う with the ジャングル ‘alarm system’, when other animals 警報 each other that there’s a tiger on the 追跡（する）, which means most 追跡（する）s fail.

But thanks to the team’s 決意, the film opens a window の上に the tigers’ world, 配達するing high-octane 活動／戦闘 and intimate family moments. 

略奪する says, ‘The lives of our tigers took such 利益／興味ing turns that we’ve ended up with a film packed with 本物の 演劇 and emotion.’
