A baffled woman turned up to a hospital ざっと目を通す only to be told by staff that she'd already died. 

Susan Johnson from Scarborough was left 'shaking by a leaf' after staff at the Bridlington Hospital in Yorkshire told her their 記録，記録的な／記録するs showed she'd been dead for four months. 

Susan, 62, a retired housekeeper, was luckily still able to have her ざっと目を通す but her husband （頭が）ひょいと動く needed to bring her a strong coffee to help 静める her 神経s. 

The mother-of-two told BBC News: 'I gave them my letter and their first words were, "ooh you're dead".

'I said, "容赦?". I was in shock.

'Then they put something on the computer so I could have the ざっと目を通す and then they just said, "bye" and that's it.'

It is 不明瞭な how the mistake happened as when Susan 接触するd her GP, they told her that the mistake had been 直す／買収する，八百長をするd. 

However, when she 接触するd the Department for Work and 年金s (DWP), the call handler told her she was still 示すd as already dead on the system. 

'On the computer you're dead,' she was told. Susan then 知らせるd her she couldn't be dead as she was on the phone and talking. 

The error meant that Susan's carer's allowance for looking after her 無能にするd husband （頭が）ひょいと動く 簡潔に stopped, though this has now been 直す／買収する，八百長をするd.  

She said she shut 負かす／撃墜する 完全に after the news and said there was nobody to talk to about the mistake. 

Even now, she is not sure how the mistake happened in the first place but she is 決定するd to find out how it happened. 

Scarborough 医療の Group told the BBC they'd received an electronic 指示／教授／教育 about the 'death' from 最初の／主要な Care Support England (PCSE). 

But PCSE said 場内取引員／株価 患者s as dead is the 責任／義務 of GPs, while NHS England also said they do not 通知する the DWP of a death.

Susan is concentrating on her hobbies of gardening and knitting as she 回復するs from the shock. 

An NHS spokesperson said: 'We are aware of an 問題／発行する 伴う／関わるing a civil death 登録 存在 incorrectly 記録，記録的な／記録するd against a 患者’s 医療の 記録，記録的な／記録する. 

'This was 除去するd within 24 hours of it 存在 報告（する）／憶測d to us in March 2023 and the 患者 was re-登録（する）d by their GP. 

'We would encourage the 患者 to 接触する us 直接／まっすぐに so we can explain その上の.'
