A man （人命などを）奪う，主張するs his 所有物／資産／財産 became 'unsellable 夜通し' after surveyors 行方不明になるd a horror Japanese knotweed infestation.

Jonathan Rolande said his 会社／堅い HouseBuyFast has been 板材d with 法案s of £20k to 取り組む the invasive 工場／植物.

But instead of getting the 所有物／資産／財産 支援する on the market, they have been stuck with the £56k home in Aberdare, South むちの跡s for four years.

専門家 surveyor checks were carried out at the home, but the knotweed was later 設立する sprouting beneath 木造の decking and peering over the 盗品故買者.

'You know what you hope is a professionals. good opinion, you know, and unfortunately, いつかs it turns out it's not,' he explained.

'There was a lot there, and if you looked at the 隣人s garden it was （疑いを）晴らす to see.

'So it was obvious something was going on, you know, to try and stop light from ge tting to the Japanese knotweed.'

Mr Rolande continued: 'It was coming up through the decking, and it was in the backgarden.

He said: 'The rent is £570 a month so I think every year its going pretty much break even if we are lucky. We just have to wait and see what happens with it really.

'If it was a very large 所有物／資産／財産 then we would have been in a bit of trouble with it.'

'You would be stuck there. If it's a two bedroom house, and need another room because you have a child, you can't sell.

'So you know you can't buy a house with another bedroom or bigger garden, or whatever you know the person might want.'

He 追加するd: 'For us as a company that £10,000, we could 相殺する against 税金 - it's part of our 利益（をあげる） and loss type thing. 

'But for an individual would have to 支払う／賃金 that out of their own income, it could be a very different story.'
