Its waiting 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） for 操作／手術s is the fourth worst in the country, yet a Stoke hospital 設立する time to hang a 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道する celebrating 21 genders and sexualities. No wonder 患者s and nurses are calling it ABSOLUTE MADNESS

Inside 王室の Stoke University Hospital, overlooking the ?cavernous foyer, is a 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道する ?featuring 21 旗s.

The first 耐えるs the familiar rainbow colours of Gay Pride. The others, 地元の health 公式の／役人s 知らせる us, 代表する different genders and sexualities ‘which symbolises our かかわり合い to 達成するing a more inclusive organisation where both 同僚s and the people we care for are encouraged to be themselves’.

So, there is a transgender 旗 ― light blue, pink and white (for those whose gender ?身元 異なるs to their birth sex); a 非，不，無-binary 旗 ― yellow, white, purple and 黒人／ボイコット (for those who do not identify as 単独で male or 女性（の）); a pansexual 旗 ― pink, yellow and cyan (for those attracted to all genders); and an intersex 旗 ― yellow with a purple ?circle (for those who do not fit typical notions of male or 女性（の） 団体／死体s), to について言及する just four of the 分類s.

Above the 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道する, 手段ing some 45ft, is the message: ‘EVERYONE IS WELCOME HERE.’

How will this help 減ずる waiting 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）s at the 王室の Stoke, which is run by the University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS 信用 (UHNM), の中で the worst 成し遂げるing in the country, where 患者s are 扱う／治療するd on ?trolleys in the 回廊（地帯）? It’s a question many in Stoke will surely be asking themselves. Apart from anything else, the former ?Potteries 資本／首都, one of the most 奪うd cities in Britain, is about as far 除去するd from 流行の／上流の ?‘equality, 多様制 and 傾向’ 政策s as it is possible to be.

Nearly 90 per cent of the 全住民 are ?異性愛の, によれば the 2021 国勢（人口）調査. Most of the 部類s featured on the 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道する are too statistically insignificant to be 記録，記録的な／記録するd. Polysexual? Polyamorous?

Neutrois? Aromantic? 協議事項?

Admittedly, the 信用 only paid a printing company £239 (£199 加える 付加価値税) to make the 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道する.

Behind it, though, are NHS 経営者／支配人s on six-人物／姿／数字 salaries and what almost everyone believes ― apart from the 経営者／支配人s themselves ― are a skewed 始める，決める of 優先s at a time when the NHS, metaphorically speaking, is on the 批判的な 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）.

‘It’s 絶対の madness,’ said a nurse, shaking her 長，率いる, after she 現れるd, looking exhausted, from the hospital に引き続いて a ten-hour shi ft earlier this week.

‘No one even 協議するd us about the 旗s. Me and the 残り／休憩（する） of my team are up there on our 膝s because we’re so tired and understaffed but rather than put 決定的な 投資 into frontline care, the 信用 would rather spend 価値のある money on a ridiculous 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道する.’

The nurse, in her 30s, with her scrubs 明確に 明白な under her fleece, asked not to be 指名するd, which is perhaps ?telling, in itself. Her 見解（をとる）s ― nothing more than the truth and old-?fashioned ありふれた sense ― are at 半端物s with the ‘equality, 多様制 and 傾向’ (EDI) 政権 inside the hospital.

Seven people, it transpires, work for the EDI team at UHNM, 含むing three ?part-time staff, at a total cost of £333,707.

But that’s not the only story. UHNM 拒絶する／低下するd to 公表する／暴露する individual salaries. However, the 役割 of 長，指導者 people officer Jane Haire, who has 30 years’ experience in the NHS, typically attracts a salary of £120,000 to £140,000 per 年.

In 2022, the 信用 also advertised for a 副 長，指導者 people officer 申し込む／申し出ing between £95,125 and £109,475 a year and in 2023 an assistant director was 存在 sought to ‘lead on organisational 開発, culture and 傾向’, working under the 長，指導者 people offic er (Ms Haire) and her 副, on an 年次の 支払う／賃金 一括 of £58,972 to £68,525.

A 最近の 宣伝 for a nurse, on the other 手渡す, was 申し込む／申し出ing the successful applicant a salary of £28,407-£34,581.

Hasn’t something gone 不正に wrong here?

Across the NHS as a whole, によれば a freedom of （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） 返答, at least 882 staff are 雇うd in 多様制-関係のある 役割s at 241 NHS organisations. Total EDI 法案: £40 million.

The NHS 連合, the ?主要な healthcare 会員の地位 団体／死体, blithely 解任するs the 人物／姿／数字 as a ‘small 割合 of the 年次の NHS 予算’.

Maybe it is. But £40 million would still 支払う／賃金 for the salaries of 1,150 nurses. Nowhere are they more 不正に needed than at 王室の Stoke.

The cultural 変形 of the NHS, where 存在 demisexual (someone whose 性の feelings depend on an emotional 社債) or demiromantic (someone who needs an emotional 社債 to feel romantic) results in a 旗 存在 printed on a 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道する and put on 陳列する，発揮する in one of the biggest hospitals in the country, is almost Kafkaesque.

It is a 変形, moreover, which has occurred in plain sight.

The 戦略 which is supposed to 促進する 傾向 is having ?正確に the opposite 影響, much like ?指示的なs from the 省 of Truth in George Orwell’s classic dystopian novel 1984.

‘The 役割 of the NHS is to 配達する care to all who need it, not to promo te 流行の／上流の political ideologies,’ said Bev Jackson of the LGB 同盟, 設立するd five years ago in 対立 to the 政策s of the Stonewall （選挙などの）運動をする group on ?transgender 問題／発行するs.

‘These silly 旗s only serve to 疎遠にする those of us who are same-sex attracted. If the NHS wants to be more welcoming to LGB, it should stop associating us with made-up genders and meaningless neosexualities, and spend the money on 改善するing care.’

Today most staff in this 勇敢に立ち向かう new world are too 脅すd to even 発言する／表明する 不一致.

Take the booklet, 問題／発行するd by the South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS 創立／基礎 信用, 含む／封じ込めるing 指示／教授／教育s to 経営者／支配人s not to make ‘supportive comments such as “I understand your 関心s” to staff who, for example, complain about trans or 非，不，無-binary ?同僚s having 接近 to gendered spaces’.

That could 含む 女性（の） staff, say, worried about having to 株 the 洗面所s with transgender women ― 生物学の men, in other words.

So much for 傾向.

The truth the NHS doesn’t want to hear is that the 広大な 大多数 of staff and 患者s believe sex is 決定するd by biology and also believe in 扱う／治療するing members of the LGBTQ+ community with dignity and 尊敬（する）・点. It is perfectly possible to be both things at the same time.

But not, it seems, in the NHS. Instead, anyone who ?honestly speaks their mind is in danger o f 存在 disciplined and portrayed as a bigot by the 交戦的な trans ロビー, an ideology the NHS has tacitly embraced.

So much for everyone is welcome at 王室の Stoke. How did we get here? The 旅行 which ended with that 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道する 存在 unfurled began with the 2010 Equality 行為／法令／行動する. One of the main 目的（とする）s of Section 149 was to ‘前進する equality of 適切な時期 between people who 株 a ?保護するd characteristic and those who do not’.

の中で those ‘保護するd 特徴’ were ‘gender reassignment’ and ‘性の orientation’.

But the 法律制定 has been ?解釈する／通訳するd and 拡大するd beyond all 承認 負かす／撃墜する the years in a way that few people could have 予報するd.

連続する health 長官s Sajid Javid and Steve Barclay tried to 厳重取締 on ‘woke and wokery’ and Victoria Atkins, the 現在の 現職の, has been 水晶 （疑いを）晴らす that 生物学の sex 事柄s. ?にもかかわらず, the 多様制 juggernaut keeps rolling on where the NHS ‘blob’, not elected 政治家，政治屋s, are 効果的に in 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金.

It’s a narrative which seems, for all 意図s and 目的s, to have been borne out by 最近の 開発s.

Doctors have been asked to fill in forms that 伴う／関わるd ticking a box on which genitalia 患者s had, 18 gender 選択s were 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）d on another form, smear 実験（する）s are 存在 申し込む／申し出d to ‘people with a ?cervix’ and, によれば the ?la 実験（する） 指導／手引, ‘not everyone who ?experiences menopause is a woman’.

‘Gender inclusive 政策s’, it seems, are 令状ing women out of the NHS in a way that men aren’t.

The ますます dogmatic 詳細な計画 同時に起こる／一致するs with the ?growing 影響（力） of LGBT ロビー group Stonewall. Stoke is a prime example.

The 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道する in the 王室の Stoke was part of an EDI programme 工夫するd in the light of a Stonewall ‘LGBT in Britain Health 報告（する）／憶測’ in 2018. The 調査する of more than 5,000 LGBT people 報道によれば 設立する almost one in four LGBT people (23 per cent) 証言，証人／目撃するd 差別的な or 消極的な 発言／述べるs by healthcare staff and one in seven (14 per cent) have 避けるd 治療 for 恐れる of 差別.

The 統計（学） are 引用するd in an ‘equality and 多様制’ section of UHNM’s website which 最高潮の場面s its 参加 in the NHS Rainbow Badge 計画／陰謀.

The 計画／陰謀 is ーするつもりであるd to show that the 信用 is an ‘open and 非，不，無-judgmental and inclusive place for people that identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, with the + meaning inclusivity of all 身元s.’

This now 含むs Pansexual, Polysexual, Demisexual and Asexual... and 17 other genders and 性の orientations, of course.

How much credence the 信用 should have given to the findings in the Stonewall 報告（する）／憶測 which underpins its gender 政策s is 疑わしい.

In 2022, the 政府’s 合法的な Department (GLD) dropped Stonewall’s 多様制 支持する／優勝者s 計画／陰謀, under which 雇用者s 支払う／賃金 a 料金 for advice on the 実施 of equality 法律s, after its former 長，指導者 (n)役員／(a)執行力のある に例えるd ‘gender-批判的な’ beliefs to anti-Semitism.

Stonewall has been （刑事）被告 of ‘playing a 重要な 役割’ in ‘trans-extremism’ and using its 最高位のs, a ‘保護 ゆすり’, to 引用する one 主要な feminist, to ‘coerce’ public 団体／死体s into ロビーing for changes to sex and gender 法律s.

But UHNM still 調印するd up to the Stonewall’s Workplace Equality 索引 ― which （判断の）基準s 進歩 in LBGT+ 傾向 in the workplace ― in 2018 and 2020 and again in 2022.

UHNM says it has no 計画（する）s to 参加する その上の, having 得点する／非難する／２０d 不正に, in fact, three years running, which gives you some 指示，表示する物, given what has happened in Stoke, of just how 堅固に守るd in woke culture higher-placed 信用s must be.

At times, it is 平易な to forget that the 王室の Stoke is 現実に a hospital with an 18-month waiting 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） for 操作／手術s last year, the fourth worst in the country.

‘Extreme 圧力’ on A&E resulted in a ‘批判的な 出来事/事件’ 存在 宣言するd, earlier this month, for the third time this year. Between April and December last year, there was a spike in superbug 感染s.

So the 旗s have not gone 負かす／撃墜する 井戸／弁護士席 with the people who 事柄 most ― 患者s and their ?families, at least those who spoke to us this week.

David Hughes, a retired IT 事業／計画（する） 経営者／支配人, was waiting for his wife who has a heart 条件 and was を受けるing an ECG.

‘絶対 crazy’ is how he 述べるd the 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道する hanging just above his 長，率いる in the 抱擁する foyer.

He 追加するd: ‘I think the NHS should be spending its money on those that need care, not this ridiculous woke 協議事項.’

Another 患者, Lynda Harnett, 66, a retired 商売／仕事 経営者／支配人, was 平等に irritated.

‘I agree that everyone should be 含むd in our society but it should not be 落ちるing to the NHS to do this sort of thing,’ she said. ‘It strikes me as a waste of money that really せねばならない be going into 患者 care.

‘This is where taxpayers’ money should be spent, not on an inclusiveness （選挙などの）運動をする, no 事柄 how 井戸／弁護士席 ーするつもりであるd it is. The NHS needs every penny it can get.’

There has also been a （激しい）反発 online. One 地位，任命する in particular, in the form a spoof letter from the hospital, encapsulated the nonsense.

‘Dear 患者, we can’t do your hip 交替／補充 today, we’ve spent the cash on a new 旗. Please advise your pronoun, as we are now prioritising 操作／手術s based on this.’

It is 調印するd ‘regards, Woke 広告 ministration Dept’... which doesn’t seem a million miles from the truth, does it?
