Teachers have been patrolling a 'ghost town' low traffic neighbourhood where ギャング（団）s of thieves have been 的ing pupils on the unnaturally 静かな streets. 

Staff at Bishop Thomas 認める school in Streatham, south London have been walking streets 隣接する to school which has been 率d as 優れた by Ofsted 視察官s.  

The 第２位 school is inside the Streatham 井戸／弁護士席s LTN which was introduced by the 労働-controlled Lambeth 会議 in October 2023. 

地元のs have complained that the traffic 制限s have led to problems on the main A23 which 影響する／感情 buses serving the area.

Ms Boyle said: 'I sent a letter to Lambeth, and the 地元の schools police sergeant, as we saw an 増加する in our students 存在 mugged on ‘ghost town’ roads as they walked に向かって the High Road to try to get on buses which do not come.

'We 定期的に patrol the 地元の area after school… As is the 事例／患者 on many occasions, the children wait nearly an hour for a bus to get home.

'We hang about between the bus stops with them to make sure that they get on to 輸送（する） and are 安全な… it is having a 抱擁する 衝撃 on my time and the time of my 上級の leadership team.' 

Ms Boyle said buses on Streatham High Road have been slowed 負かす／撃墜する to だいたい 1.5mph, which is 原因（となる）ing punctuality problems for her 1,200 pupils.
