Footballer Cody Fisher's 殺害者s who knifed him to death on nightclub dancefloor could get their 刑務所，拘置所 宣告，判決s lengthened, the 司法長官 has said.

The 殺し屋s Remy Gordon, 23, and Kami Carpenter, 22, were 刑務所，拘置所d for life with a 最小限 of 26 and 25 years それぞれ for stabbing 23-year-old former Birmingham City 学院 player Cody Fisher to death on ボクシング Day 2022.    

Now the 司法長官 is considering whether to 言及する the 宣告，判決s of two men to the 法廷，裁判所 of 控訴，上告 for reconsideration.

On Saturday, the 司法長官's Office said it has received a referral arguing their 宣告，判決s were too lenient.

Mr Fisher was fatally stabbed after a knife was 密輸するd through 安全 into the Crane nightclub in Digbeth, Birmingham, in a pre-planned '行為／法令／行動する of 天罰' for a minor 出来事/事件 two days earlier.

賠審員s at Birmingham 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所 were told Gordon, of Cofton Park 運動, Birmingham, orchestrated the 'awful 復讐' after Mr Fisher made 簡潔な／要約する '避けられない' 接触する with his 支援する while leaving a club in Solihull on Christmas Eve.

The 法廷，裁判所 heard Gordon sent messages on Snapchat to friends around 45 minutes after the 初期の 出来事/事件, 控訴，上告ing for help to identify a photogra ph of Mr Fisher and 脅すing to 'shank him up'.

動きやすい phone （映画の）フィート数 of the 犠牲者 lying on the 床に打ち倒す after he was stabbed in the chest and 脚 by Carpenter, of Owens Croft, Kings Norton, was shown to the 法廷，裁判所.

Mr Fisher, who also played football for Stratford Town and Bromsgrove 冒険的な, died at the scene.

The 告示 comes just weeks after the talented footballer's mother Tracy Fisher slammed the 刑務所，拘置所 time as too lenient and 需要・要求するd longer 宣告，判決s for those carrying knives.

Speaking outside the 法廷，裁判所, Mr Fisher's mother Tracey slammed the 'shocking' 宣告，判決s and said 司法（官） had not been served for her son.

'For us as a family Cody will still not come home and we will forever live in the 影をつくる／尾行する of his senseless 殺人,' she said.

'I know that our grief will go on and we will continue with our life 宣告，判決, 行方不明の our child each and every day.' 

Tracey 追加するd: '司法（官） will never b e done. Those 宣告，判決s, shocking.' Tracey 追加するd that she would like to see 'harsher 宣告，判決s for carrying knives', and branding those who do as 'weak, pathetic cowards'.

'Our beautiful boy lost his life to knife 罪，犯罪, for no 推論する／理由 at all.'

An 衝撃 声明 from Tracey, who did not enter the 法廷，裁判所 room today but was in the building during the 宣告，判決ing 審理，公聴会, 詳細（に述べる）d how her son's death was 'too much for a mother to 耐える'.

支払う／賃金ing 尊敬の印 to her son, her 声明 said: 'Since this horrendous day I feel that my own life has ended, it is as though I too was stabbed straight through the heart.

'I have seen myself go from the happiest, 去っていく／社交的な person, to fighting the hell out of just getting through each and every horrendous, never-ending day in the abhorrent knowledge that my youngest son, my best friend, is never coming home to sleep in his bedroom, the room that I still cannot enter even to this day.

'I instilled in Cody from a young boy that he must stick up for himself and don't let anyone いじめ（る） him.

'I told him that sad, weak individuals do exis t in our society and they 廃虚 lives - how ironic and saddening that this is 正確に／まさに what happened to Cody.

'He was only doing what his mum told him to do and I think about this every day, but you never 推定する／予想する your child to be 殺人d.'   

A spokesperson for Victoria Prentis said she will 重さを計る up whether to 言及する the 事例／患者 to the 法廷，裁判所 of 控訴，上告.

The statutory time 限界 for the review to be 完全にするd is May 3, her spokesperson said.
