A father's excruciating 支援する 苦痛 that was 解任するd as a slipped レコード by doctors 現実に ended up 存在?癌.?

David Windle, from Camberwell in south London, was at one point unable to move because doing so would leave him in agony.?

'I had to call my mum and say I can't move, you need to come and look after kids.

In February 2022 老年の 44, Mr Windle was 診断するd with myeloma, a type of 血 癌 that can 影響する／感情 your bones

When Mr Windle went 支援する to work after half-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語, he would 'find an empty office to 嘘（をつく） in' just to help him get through the day. 結局, he 設立する himself working from home propped up by cushions.?

Once at A&E, doctors looked at Mr Windle's MRI ざっと目を通すs and asked if he had been in a car 衝突，墜落 or had any 外傷／ショック. He said: 'They all looked a bit worried.'

'I just thought, "yes that does sound a bit s***"… "oh s*** I think they're talking about me". So I sort of 支援するd away, just out of their 見解（をとる）, and I listened, I listened to them talk about it. And I thought, okay, that is me. That's my diagnosis.'

Myeloma is an incurable 血 癌 which strikes around 6,000 Brits every year. It develops from plasma 独房s in bone 骨髄 ? the spongy tissue inside large bones ? multiplying uncontrollably.

Symptoms can be difficult to distinguish from other illnesses, with 苦痛 and 疲労，（軍の）雑役 存在 tell-tale 調印するs of the illness.

Mr Windle was 診断するd with a rare type of myeloma called 'light chain' myeloma, which only 影響する／感情s about 20 per cent of 患者s with the 血 癌. Because of its 特徴, it can be even harder to （悪事，秘密などを）発見する.

For Mr Windle, the cancerous?独房s cluttered up his bone 骨髄, meaning it didn't make the useful 独房s that make and regenerate the bone, 原因（となる）ing his vertebrae to 崩壊する, doctors believe.?

Mr Windle 追加するd: 'As soon as I was in the 治療 pathway, everybody 行為／法令／行動するd very quickly.?

'There's no one looking at a 44-year-old man who goes to the gym runs, cycles and is fit. No-one's thinking this is an incurable 癌.

'The only 問題／発行する is people aren't aware of myeloma or looking for it. I had to wait for my spine to 落ちる apart before I had any sort of 実験（する） to 明らかにする／漏らす what it is.'

He had four months of chemo and was given the 癌-fighting 麻薬 bortezomib と一緒に tablets of the steroid dexamethasone.
