The ADR adjudicator 支配するd Eon had to 直す／買収する，八百長をする the charger or 除去する it within 28 days. This did not happen, and in the end you sold your electric car.
However, Eon has told me it 同意しないs with ADR and the energy 監視する. It 主張するs there was a 頂点（に達する） in voltage which meant the charger 孤立するd itself for safety 推論する／理由s.
Eon failed to challenge the ADR 判決，裁定 because of 'an 内部の oversight'. There was no upfront 支払い（額） for fitting the charger, so no refund was 予定, but Eon 申し込む／申し出d £100 as a 好意／親善 gesture.

公共事業（料金）／有用性s ADR and 類似の 計画／陰謀s are run by 消費者 論争 決意／決議 限られた／立憲的な (CDRL), which is 政府 認可するd and paid by 商売／仕事s to 扱う （民事の）告訴s.
But 接触するing it to ask a question about its 施行 力／強力にするs was anything but simple.
Its website 申し込む／申し出d no email 演説（する）／住所. It 禁止（する）s anyone from visiting its offices in Milton Keynes. And when I first checked, its website 警告するd that its phone system was not 監視するd '予定 to the 現在の Covid 19 issu es'!
I thought I had struck lucky when I saw that CDRL's website 招待するd the 圧力（をかける） to click on a link for 接触する 詳細（に述べる）s. I clicked, and up （機の）カム the 返答 'Oops! That page can't be 設立する.' There was a link to 'ADR 公式の／役人s' so I tried that but it didn't 指名する a 選び出す／独身 one.
No wonder reviews on Trustpilot 率 CDRL as just 'Bad'.
I finally 設立する a CDRL email 演説（する）／住所 thanks to 貿易（する）ing 基準s, and 接触するd CDRL boss John Facenfield. He 認める that 'we do not have the 力／強力にするs to take 刑罰の 活動／戦闘 or 施行する the 治療（薬）' against any of the 商売／仕事s that 調印する up with CDRL, 追加するing that it was up to 消費者s to take their own 法廷，裁判所 活動／戦闘.
The 公共事業（料金）／有用性s ADR website was not '適切な working', he 追加するd. And he gave me a new email 演説（する）／住所 but when I tried it, 支援する （機の）カム an (a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃 message 説: 'We do not reply on this email 演説（する）／住所.'
For a 消費者-直面するing organisation, CDRL is the most 消費者 unfriendly 団体／死体 I've ever seen. It is inefficient and while 誇るing it can direct a 商売／仕事 to 支払う／賃金 原告，告訴人s up to £25,000, it cheerfully 収容する／認めるs 会社／堅いs can ignore it.
A final word from CDRL told me that 商売／仕事s that join its 計画／陰謀s covering 公共事業（料金）／有用性s, retailers, 航空 and communication are 'contractually obligated' to 器具／実施する its 決定／判定勝ち（する）s. What a pity then, that it shows no 調印する of 存在 willing to 施行する those 契約s.
Why are we 指名するd on a 法案 that wasn't ours?
