There is a surprising no-nonsense charm to 33-year-old Stacey. Born and bred in Canning Town, East London, she patrols the streets of Stratford, just two miles north of where she grew up.

Stacey’s dress code is a 黒人/ボイコット fleece with a yellow ID armband. The look seems intentional as it 許すs her to blend in without 存在 easily spotted.?

If they have not, Stacey takes a photograph of the licence plate, along with the 前線 and 味方するs of the car to show there is no parking 許す or 領収書 on the dashboard. She also takes a photo of parking 制限s signage.

From the point that Stacey has taken that first picture, drivers have ten minutes to escape a 罰金 by 運動ing off or 支払う/賃金ing for parking.?
