It is one of the most prestigious 演説（する）／住所s in London, with a prized 見解（をとる） across the Thames to the twinkling lights of Albert 橋（渡しをする） and iconic towers of Battersea 力／強力にする 駅／配置する.
For centuries, Cheyne Walk in Chelsea has been the 特権d 保存する of the powerful, rich and famous, a neighbourhood where houses sell for tens of millions of 続けざまに猛撃するs.
But MailOnline can 明らかにする／漏らす today that a homeless?Iranian?in his 40s, who arrived in the UK as an 亡命 探検者 and doesn't speak English, has audaciously 始める，決める up a home there for himself - by 内密に 築くing his own 天候-proofed wooded home for £300 on the north bank of the Thames under Battersea 橋（渡しをする）.
Shahoo Amini has 明らかにする／漏らすd that he built the 8ft by 4ft shed himself in August this year because he always 手配中の，お尋ね者 a 'place by the water'.?
He told MailOnline: 'I did a lot of searches on Google for houses の近くに to river or the sea and got my inspiration from these. My place is very beautiful. It's very 冷淡な at night but the 見解（をとる）?is amazing.'
Across the street in one direction from his shed, his 即座の 近づく-隣人s are Rolling 石／投石するs frontman Mick Jagger, fellow rocker Bryan Adams and 億万長者 Tetra Pax 相続人 Hans Rausing. Mr Amini said: 'Nobody bothers me and to be honest, you can't even see my shed from the road because it's hidden away. I love my little place. It's wonderful 開始 the windows, looking out at the Thames and letting the fresh 空気／公表する in. I'd rather be here than sleeping rough on the streets.'?

Shahoo, who says he is not on 利益s but doesn’t work and relies on his 貯金, had slept rough under 橋（渡しをする）s and on the streets of the 資本／首都 before building the shack with one of the best 見解（をとる）s in London.
He said: 'I wasn't able to work but to be honest I can't remember too much. The 事故 原因（となる）d me a lot of physical and mental 損失, 特に to my long 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 memory. Then I got 立ち退かせるd and was on the streets living homeless but I can't remember where'
He sleeps in the 最高の，を越す section of the custom-built shed, which has a small window 許すing him to wake up with a 見解（をとる） of the Thames.
When the 天候 is good he dines and relaxes al fresco, sitting in a Union Jack 倍の-out （軍の）野営地，陣営ing 議長，司会を務める admiring 広範囲にわたる 見解（をとる）s of the river and Albert 橋（渡しをする）, which is loved for its 4,000 lights.
He has been seen 準備するing (a)手の込んだ／(v)詳述する meals - chopping up fresh vegetables, herbs and meats on a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する for stews and curries - before finishing his cooking on his stove.
Mr Amini was born in the Iranian city of Mariwan and （機の）カム to the UK as an 亡命 探検者 in 2013. He speaks little English and was speaking to MailOnline 経由で an interpreter. He said he has no family here and no recollection of his previous life in Iran.

Mr Amini says he only cooks once a day on an oil burner. He sleeps on a hard 木造の board raised above the ground which also 行為／法令／行動するs as a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する and a place for him to 蓄える／店 his 所持品.
His shed also has two 一時しのぎの物，策 windows and a pitc hed roof covered with a plastic sheet. He にわか雨s once a week in a nearby gym and uses the 洗面所 of a 地元の bus 駅／配置する.

地元のs believe he was first seen living rough under Albert 橋（渡しをする）, a few hundred yards along the river to the east. But several months ago, he suddenly decided to up-sticks and move into 比較して more comfortable accommodation under Battersea 橋（渡しをする）.
There, he 速く and 内密に 築くd the pre-packed shed 夜通し and snuggly positioned it in the 無効の between the stairs to the 橋（渡しをする） and the 堤防 river 塀で囲む.

He’s 明確に a good cook because he makes stews and curries that smell delicious. He even 招待するd me to 株 this food and dine with him one evening.
'He looks very relaxed and always plays music from his 動きやすい phone on a blue tooth （衆議院の）議長. Since the 天候 has turned colder he puts on a white beanie hat to keep warm. He says that the shed is 罰金, but that that traffic is very noisy. That seems to be a small piece to 支払う／賃金 because people living nearby have paid many millions to enjoy the 見解（をとる） he’s got.
‘No one knows what is going to happen, but surely he cannot stay there. It would be a shame for his shed to be pulled 負かす／撃墜する, but it is やめる big and is 明確に 存在 used for 貯蔵 同様に as a place to sleep. What is to stop other homeless people creating homes like this anywhere?’

A TfL 広報担当者 said: ‘No one should be sleeping rough on London’s streets. TfL is working with the 住宅 and rough sleeping outreach service at Kensington and Chelsea 会議 to help the person staying in a shed on the Battersea 橋（渡しをする） structure.
