ANZ Bank will stop its 顧客s from 存在 able to order a new cheque 調書をとる／予約する in just eight weeks.

The bank's 4.6million Australian 小売 顧客s were told by email on Wednesday that from June 16, internet banking 顧客s would no longer be able to order a 調書をとる／予約する 含む／封じ込めるing cheques.

ANZ's 小売 顧客s were also advised to 削減（する） up their deposit 調書をとる／予約する, which some 顧客s have to make a recurring 支払い（額） on things like rent.

'If you have an 存在するing deposit 調書をとる／予約する or receive one before 16 June 2024, we recommend that you securely destroy it by cutting or 涙／ほころびing it into pieces,' it said.

'You can continue to make deposits into your account without the need for a deposit 調書をとる／予約する using your card or your BSB and account number.'

An ANZ spokeswoman said only 3.5 per cent of their 顧客s used a cheque 調書をとる／予約する.?

'In Australia, cheque usage has dropped by around 90 per cent in the past 10 years, with cheques now making up just 0.2 per cent of 非，不，無-cash 小売 支払い（額）s,' she told Daily Mail Australia.

'It's a 傾向 we’re seeing at ANZ, with just 3.5 per cent, or around 160,000 out of 4.6 million 顧客s, using cheques.'?
