EXCLUSIVEShe's an old chum of Kate's, 議長,司会を務める of her children's school PTA and runs a £15m sex party empire for the middle classes. But do Emma and her husband ever join in the orgies? 絶対 not!

Walking her cocker spaniels along the Thames towpath before the school run, Emma Sayle looks every インチ the typical south London yummy mummy.

Blonde, 豊富な and 運動競技の (a 列/漕ぐ/騒動ing mate of Kate Middleton, she …に出席するd the same 搭乗 school), in 新規加入 to the dogs, Rex and (頭が)ひょいと動く, the 46-year-old has three children, 老年の five, seven and nine and is chairman of their 最初の/主要な school PTA.

Emma's talents, though, 延長する far beyond organising a charity bake sale: an adrenaline junkie who has climbed Kilimanjaro and run マラソンs across the Sahara, she is the 創立者 and CEO of 殺人,大当り Kittens, a 女性(の)-centric sex party 商売/仕事.

殺人,大当り Kittens ― which takes its 指名する from a slang phrase for masturbation ― has been hosting 'anything goes' 集会s for almost 20 years. It has a 全世界の 会員の地位 of 180,000 and is valued at £15 million.

?Which, astonishingly, is good news for you as a taxpayer. During Covid, 殺人,大当り Kittens was given a £170,000 貸付金 by the 政府's British 商売/仕事 Bank's 未来 基金, 始める,決める up to support UK companies, and in 交流 took a 1.5 per cent 火刑/賭ける in the 商売/仕事. So, a small part of what she has created is yours.

Pitched at an エリート clientele, 殺人,大当り Kittens' ticketed 月毎の events ― held at 発生地s that 含む Scottish 城s and 地下組織の cabaret clubs ― have two big 支配するs. Men are banned from approaching women and also from …に出席するing alone. 殺人,大当り Kittens' USP ― and the 重要な to its success ― is that it puts women in 支配(する)/統制する.

'Growing up, men always seemed to be in 支配(する)/統制する of dating and sex,' says Emma. 'If they slept around, they were considered 'legends', but if women did the same they were no longer girlfriend 構成要素.

'Even in conversations with 女性(の) friends about sex toys there was always this sense of shame and 当惑; I 手配中の,お尋ね者 to flip the norm on its 長,率いる and put women at the centre of the narrative where there was no judgment about making the first move or having a one-night stand.'

会員の地位 costs up to £200 a month: a 殺人,大当り Kittens party sees middle-class, vetted guests in Venetian-style masks indulge in, 井戸/弁護士席, whatever they fancy.

While some guests may choose to watch or flirt, others indulge in shenanigans in hot tubs, dungeons or king-sized beds ― all at their own 危険. Does anyone ever get 負傷させるd?

'Not really, though there was one guy who took so much Viagra his whole 団体/死体 went stiff,' Emma 解任するs. 'He couldn't even move his neck, so had to sit out for a few hours until everything was working again.'

It's an image in sharp contrast to Emma's 慣例的に happy family life. She lives in a bungalow in a 静かな village 近づく Staines-upon-Thames with her husband James Tindall, a former Olympic ホッケー player (who still plays 最高の,を越す-level ホッケー for London club Indian Gymkhana) and children Raff, Lily and MJ. The house is in a scenic 位置/汚点/見つけ出す, but 傾向がある to flooding. Emma's Instagram account recently showed her and James wearing wellingtons, wading through water to their home, each carrying a child on their 支援する.

Home (テニスなどの)ダブルス as her office. Covid made Emma reevaluate the need for a central London HQ; the 商売/仕事 is now fully remote and ますます run on [the messaging app] Slack. 検査/視察するing new party 発生地s is fitted around 改革者 Pilates classes and after school clubs, a balancing 行為/法令/行動する that sees her working on her laptop in carparks and sports club 妨げる/法廷,弁護士業s, while her husband has ホッケー training.

It all seems far 除去するd from what you'd imagine of an orgy-organiser, but in fact, Emma has always kept a 確かな distance from the 活動/戦闘. The 仮定/引き受けること from everyone she 会合,会うs, be it 可能性のある 投資家s or school gate mums that she is 'on the scene' herself is both tiresome, she says, and far off the 示す.

'People assume the only 推論する/理由 I 始める,決める this up is because I'm a sex-mad swinger ― but I've never been 伴う/関わるd.'

What never?

'Nope, not 利益/興味d ... 加える, from a 商売/仕事 視野 you need to be abl e to stand 支援する and look at the bigger picture without any emotional 関与.'

Her 合理的な/理性的な, she says, is that she is more 利益/興味d in subverting the patriarchy than in 性の thrills. I can't help 存在 reminded, though, of the tech bosses who are making social マスコミ apps 利用できる to kids as young as 13 yet don't 許す their own children to have smartphones.

Emma must know 同様に as anyone how 損失ing the sexualisation of our culture has been to many young women, who rather than feeling 権力を与えるd by porn culture, feel 圧力d into 存在 up for anything where sex is 関心d ― but she gives short 転換 to those who see an ever-finer line between 性の empowerment and a darker, hyper-sexualised society normalising casual hook-ups and the 期待 that young women should be 成し遂げるing like porn 星/主役にするs.

'性の empowerment is about choice, 境界s and 尊敬(する)・点 and 同意 with no shame or 犯罪 ― the very opposite of 存在 'up for anything'. The big problem that has 原因(となる)d society to become more sexualised is that boys have more 接近 to porn now and that's why I'm behind the movement to 禁止(する) smartphones for under 16s.'

Male dominance has riled her from a young age: her late father, the 外交官 陸軍大佐 Guy Sayle, who served as a Welsh Guards captain during the Falklands war, was a controlling いじめ(る), she says. When he 設立する out what she was doing for a living he threw a typewriter across a room in 激怒(する). During the family's time in the Middle East ― when her father was Britain's defence attach? in Egypt and Kuwait ― the young Emma saw 女性(の) 圧迫 everywhere.

By contrast, the adult 産業 she first 遭遇(する)d when living it up in London as a young woman, working in entertainment PR for events 含むing Erotica UK, seemed to 現在の a more balanced dynamic. 'Whether it was burlesque 業績/成果s or dominatrix 陳列する,発揮するs, the women were strong, in 支配(する)/統制する and knew they had their own 発言する/表明する,' she says.

In many ways, the 商売/仕事 has grown up with her. What she says started as a '安全な space' for young women to 実験 sexually without judgment, now looks a lot more 円熟した with the rise of forty-something members.

によれば Emma, something of a midlife sex 革命 is under way. While 殺人,大当り Kittens' big London club nights おもに draw 20-something young women, an older (人が)群がる are flocking to the events at country mansions and the pricier European soirees.

殺人,大当り Kittens events have even been について言及するd on Mumsnet, that cultural 晴雨計 of middle-老年の, middle-class zeitgeist. And Emma 報告(する)/憶測s a rise in long-称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語 married couples whose children have flown the nest looking to 'open up' their 関係 with a bit more panache than the '重要なs in a bowl' house parties of yesteryear.

一方/合間, friends of hers who have discovered their husbands are cheating or are 簡単に disillusioned with sexless marriages are ますます partying just as hard as a younger (人が)群がる.

'Why can't a mum-of-three have a sex life and 実験 without shame?' she asks rhetorically. 'Women are no longer thinking they can't live without (their husbands). They're financially 独立した・無所属, don't feel on the shelf and don't feel like putting up with what they used to. Behaviour patterns are changing.'

The UK's sex party scene ― and mainstream 態度s to sex ― has 発展させるd, she says, since she starte d the 商売/仕事 in 2005, 老年の 27. In a 地位,任命する-Me-Too 時代 mindful of women's 性の 自治, the stigma of a 商売/仕事 linked to sex has 雪解けd, 主要な to more 適切な時期 and a rebrand.

The events 味方する of the 操作/手術, which has since 拡大するd its repertoire overseas to parties in Venice, New York and Rome ― 加える the gay spin off, KK Homme ― remains under the 殺人,大当り Kittens label.

一方/合間, a recently-開始する,打ち上げるd dating app and social 網状組織 with 47,000 月毎の 加入者s 法案d as 'a dating app for the open minded' runs as a separate (独立の)存在, WeAreX (WAX) with a million-続けざまに猛撃する turnover 長,率いるd by Emma's 商売/仕事 partner, Hadleigh Bolt, a lay 治安判事, who started his career as an office assistant and general dogsbody for Richard Branson.

The 目的(とする) is to be a more 進歩/革新的な and respectful 会議 than the often-有毒な culture of dating apps, with a 焦点(を合わせる) on sex education and good practice. Online and in-person masterclasses on stripping are on 申し込む/申し出, along with complementary fizz and a 思い出の品 to bring a notepad.

It appears she's riding a wave, but Emma 収容する/認めるs there are challenges. A 執拗な occupational hazard is attracting the wrong type of 候補者 when a vacancy arises, 特に those who see joining the 商売/仕事 as a 解放する/自由な pass to 's**g around'. (It isn't ― all 従業員s are banned from 性の activity at work.)

Then there's the challenge around 数字表示式の marketing, 特に 促進するing 殺人,大当り Kittens events when the usual 壇・綱領・公約s of Google, Instagram and Facebook 制限する adult content in their advertising.

Such 介入s are getting worse, says Emma, 告発する/非難するing advertisers of 扱う/治療するing the adult 産業 as one homogenous 集まり, ignoring 状況.

'Women's 性の health, sex toys, porn ... we're all lumped together. The slightest flash (of nipple) and an account is shut 負かす/撃墜する, but where there's a will there's a way and Hadleigh is a genius when it comes to 存在 creative and finding a way around it,' she 追加するs.

While the pandemic 必然的に 衝撃d on live events, Emma 強調する/ストレスs the cash 注射 from the taxpayer was いっそう少なく about 生き残り and more to 強固にする/合併する/制圧する the 勢い of the 数字表示式の 拡大.

In the 合間, she has a different 肉親,親類d of fundraising on her mind. Since 長,率いるing the PTA, some £50,000 has been 追加するd to the school coffers.

In a fitting nod to her own sporty passions, it's to be 投資するd in outdoor play 器具/備品 and a sports 法廷,裁判所: 'I feel really 堅固に about getting kids outdoors and off 審査するs in the crazy 数字表示式の world we now live in,' she says.

However, the restless and ambitious Emma feels she could still do better: 'I'd have raised probably twice as much if I could use my 商売/仕事 接触するs for the school auction and raffle prizes ― but then スパイ/執行官 Provocateur lingerie and [sex toy specialist] Lelo 製品s would probably tip the village vicar over the 辛勝する/優位.'
