Green-fingered Kate is designing her THIRD children's garden to encourage families to Ä´ºº¤¹¤ë the natural world after her success at the Chelsea Flower Show

It will be an enchanting children's ³Ú±à where families can play together as they Ä´ºº¤¹¤ë the natural world.

This is the idea behind a garden ¸ºß created by the Duchess of Cambridge for the ²¦¼¼¤Î Horticultural Society's ¾ì½ê¡¿°ÌÃÖ at Wisley, Surrey ? her third and grandest »ö¶È¡¿·×²è¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ë to date.

While ·×²è¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ës have yet to be finalised, ¤ÎÃæ¤Ç the ideas ¸ºß considered are living structures made from willow that ¶¡µë¤¹¤ë shade, and a place for children to ÂàµÑ¡¿ÊÝÍÜÃÏ for some peace and ÀŤ«¤Ê.

Kate has °ÊÁ° created gardens for this year's Chelsea and Hampton Ë¡ÄºÛȽ½ê flower shows. She has now been jokingly dubbed 'ǽÎÏ Kate', after the celebrated 18th Century landscape architect ǽÎÏ Brown.

The Wisley garden, co-designed with award-winning landscape architects Andree Davies and Adam White, who also worked with the Duchess on the Chelsea and Hampton Ë¡ÄºÛȽ½ê ·×²è¡¿±¢ËÅs, will be opened in the autumn and will ·ë¶É become a ±Êµ×¤Î fixture at Wisley.

Like Kate's previous two gardens, it has been conceived to ʳµ¯¤µ¤»¤ë families to get outside and Ä´ºº¤¹¤ë nature together.

It is likely to feature two treehouses, tunnels, slides, ¾ÃËÉ»Î's À¯¼£²Ès and climbing Éõº¿¤¹¤ës.

The garden will ´Þ¤à a special sculpture made from natural ¹½À®Í×ÁÇs designed by the ¾¡Íø¼Ô of a Blue Peter ¶¥Áè.

The Duchess has been working with the two designers for more than a year to make the meticulously ¾ÜºÙ¡Ê¤Ë½Ò¤Ù¤ë¡Ëd ÁϤs. Mr White said: 'There are ³Î¤«¤Ê things that children love ? swinging, »ö¾ð¤Ë±þ¤¸¤ÆÊѤï¤ë and tunnels ? all of which we hope to ´Þ¤à.

'These »ö¶È¡¿·×²è¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ës, from Chelsea through to Wisley, are ½ù¡¹¤Ë becoming more interactive.'

²òǤ¤¹¤ëing the ½é´ü¤Î design discussions with the Duchess, he said: 'We went to the Palace, sat É餫¤¹¡¿·âÄƤ¹¤ë, had a slice of cake and a cup of tea, and talked about our memories of childhood and nature.

'We got a big piece of paper and started scribbling É餫¤¹¡¿·âÄƤ¹¤ë words relating to our memories of time in nature, and the memories of our friends and families.

'We couldn't get it all in a garden at Chelsea, so we Áª¤Öd out the ones that worked, and then ? as Hampton was bigger ? we looked at the sheet of paper again.'

Explaining how much Ϣ³ there will be through all three gardens, Ms Davies said: 'The same trees that were in Chelsea were showcased at Hampton and will be at Wisley, the ±Êµ×¤Î home.

'We've chosen trees that have character and personality ? not the lollipop trees that you ÉáÄÌ¤Ï get at a nursery.

'The gardens were designed for children. We want children to engage with the trees and ¹©¾ì¡¿¿¢Êªs, so we chose things that are pretty ·ø¤¤ ? if they get a bit of trampling, that's ȳ¶â.

'We'd like it if children Áª¤Ö the flowers, the daisies, because we want them to feel connected to them. All the other ¹©¾ì¡¿¿¢Êªs that we've chosen are woodland ¼ïÎà ? there is a lot of texture with a green colour palette.'

A ¹­ÊóôÅö¼Ô for the ²¦¼¼¤Î Horticultural Society said: 'Gardening brings people of all ages together to connect with nature in a hugely ¹ÎÄêŪ¤Ê way, which is good for their health and the ´Ä¶­.

'RHS Garden Wisley has long been a ÌÜŪÃÏ for families to come and spend time together, enjoying the Íø±×s of ¸ºß outdoors around ¹©¾ì¡¿¿¢Êªs and the natural world.

'Nearly 20,000 school pupils visit Wisley every year, so it's ÆÃ¤Ë wonderful that it will become a ±Êµ×¤Î, much-loved feature in one of the world's most famous gardens, for families to play in and enjoy for years to come.'
