販売人s are 存在 勧めるd to price their homes competitively after an influx of 所有物／資産／財産s were put up for sale at the end of last month.

Rightmove said there was a '抱擁する number' of new 販売人s who （機の）カム to the market just before the 復活祭 holidays.

It was also the third biggest day for new listings since August 2020. Only ボクシング Day in 2022 and ボクシング Day in 2023 saw more 所有物／資産／財産s coming to market in a 選び出す／独身 day.

And there were 45 per cent more homes 追加するd to Rightmove on that 復活祭 Thursday compared to the same day the previous week.

The 普通の／平均（する） asking price of a home in Britain was £312,625 at the start of the pandemic in March 2020.
