Nicky said: 'A vacation 賃貸しの or Airbnb is like?Tinder - you have three seconds to impress 可能性のある guests.

'I love the challenge of a failed 商売／仕事 and seeing the owners' 直面するs in shock and them thinking "wow" after I transform it.'

Nicky brought in an extra £20,000 a month by '救助（する）ing' these 所有物／資産／財産s.?

Word of mouth in the short-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 賃貸しの 産業 started to gravitate her way. Nicky said: 'I was getting emails and phone calls from 所有物／資産／財産 owners from Sweden to the Americas telling me they saw the 変形s I did. I would help train them, let them know the best ways to 改善する their 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）ing and design and 増加する 利益（をあげる）.'

'All these 所有物／資産／財産s were underperforming,' she said. 'They were losing money and had low 基準s. I took over, and now they are all fully 調書をとる／予約するd and receive awards with 調書をとる／予約するing 壇・綱領・公約s and even 承認 by the Welsh Tourist Board, which I was so delighted with!'
