Spain has brought in a contentious new 法律 making it 合法的な for restaurant owners to 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金 a 賞与金 for guests to sit in the shade in one of the country's hottest 州s.

Under the new 支配するs, any changes to price must be '明確に 明白な'.
