That's a request from etiquette 専門家 William Hanson in a TikTok ビデオ in which he explains how to sit 正確に in a restaurant.

You've been doing it all wrong, so listen carefully.

'We don't sit with our 支援する touching the 支援する of the 議長,司会を務める when we eat,' he 宣言するs.
