If there was an Oscar for headboards, the one in our fifth-床に打ち倒す 控訴 in Norman Hotel in Paris would be a 競争相手.
Formed from lavish burnished 支持を得ようと努めるd that gently curves around the bed, with a centrepiece of stitched brown padding and sockets and lamps 会社にする/組み込むd into the design on either 味方する, I'd wager the 裁判官s would be mildly spellbound.
And that's not all that would 持つ/拘留する their gaze, for this recently opened hotel ? a 石/投石する's throw from the Champs Elys?es and part of the Small 高級な Hotels of the World 大臣の地位 ? is an aesthete's 楽園, its looks a bewitching fusion of French and American creativity.
The architect behind the design is Paris-based Thomas Vidalenc, with the hotel's 指名する referring to his inspiration, American modernist Norman Ives.
Ives (1923-1978) was a Bauhaus-影響(力)d painter and Yale professor in graphic design, with the hotel 明言する/公表するing that his 'taste for colour, 簡単, 機能の and harmonious forms 奮起させるd the special atmosphere of the Norman Hotel'.
What does that mean for guests?

But the vibrant 内部の design also eclectically 会社にする/組み込むs 反対するs 明らかにするd in antique s hops, Brazilian flair and Art Deco 繁栄するs ? the 素晴らしい light above our bed, for instance.
On paper it sounds like a 潜在的に risky mismatch, but these elements have been brought together by a practiced 注目する,もくろむ. And it 作品, without sacrificing 慰安.
Our bed is ridiculously sumptuous and the ensuite a class 行為/法令/行動する, with light-brown vertical tiling, a 質 にわか雨 and a standalone tub big enough to do (競技場の)トラック一周s in.
We love, too, the modish grey sofa in the living area and balcony that runs the length of the room.

There's plenty to please downstairs, too.
Not least the tres-chic 妨げる/法廷,弁護士業 on the ground 床に打ち倒す, which (テニスなどの)ダブルス as a ロビー lounge and where you'll find wonderfully squishy blancmange-like sofas and thickly sculpted 木造の 妨げる/法廷,弁護士業 stools with 味方するs and 支援するs that curve into chunky 宙返り飛行s.

The 37-room hotel has a subterranean spa (above)
The food in her Norman Hotel 飛び領土 is 高度に agreeable ? she cooks cod to tender perfection ? the ワインs eminently drinkable and the service, while not terribly warm, is polite and efficient.
Breakfast is served in the same 発生地 and is decent ? I can vouch for the 大陸の spread and the 質 of coffee.
The 37-room hotel has subterranean enticements, too, in the form of a spa with a pool and sauna, fresh and new for 2024.
Outside, 一方/合間, the 誘惑s of the French 資本/首都 are mere moments away, with the hotel 位置を示すd on the corner of Rue Balzac and Rue de Ch?teaubriand, a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the boutiques of the aforementioned Champs Elys?es.
