Ahead of 集まり 'anti-観光旅行，事業' 抗議するs in the Canary Islands, 地元のs there say that they 'love' British people and that tourists are welcome - but that the money isn't trickling 負かす／撃墜する and the number of 賃貸しの homes is destroying the market for those living on the 群島.

Ahead of the 抗議するs, Tenerife 地元のs and 小旅行する 操作者s on the island said British tourists are still 'very welcome' and that the real 問題／発行する is a 欠如（する） of 住宅, with protestors calling on the 政府 to take 活動／戦闘.

Speaking to On the Beach travel 機関, Tenerife 地元の Samantha Hasala said: 'People here are fighting, 抗議するing because there are a lot of people - homeowners - who just rent out [their 所有物／資産／財産s] for vacation and that's destroying the market for us living here.

'A lot of people are 説 一般に "we don't want tourists here anymore", but it's not really about British people. It's just because most of our tourists are British. We love British people.'

The 調書をとる／予約するing 経営者／支配人, who 作品 at Columbus Aparthotel on the island's south coast, 追加するd: 'There are a lot of people who say "they are always drunk" but come on, [it's] holidays. I think that's the spirit. Everybody deserves a holiday and they are just having fun. They don't destroy anything so, for me, it's 罰金.'

Jamie Lucas, a 39-year-old excursions 販売人, who has been living on Tenerife for six years, told British tourists 'don't be afraid'.

He 追加するd: 'That seems to be the narrative at the moment, that tourists aren't welcome. This is not true and no one feels like that here. It's not about 観光旅行，事業.'

'The 全住民 has 増加するd a lot so we don't have houses for everybody, so the prices go up and the 給料 are very low,' she said. 'That's our problem, but it's not against tourists.'

Echoing her 感情s, Las Piramides 訴える手段／行楽地 経営者／支配人 Yusuf?said Britons are 'good tourists' and 'very welcome'. The 抗議するs, he said, are 予定 to affordable 住宅 不足s for 地元の people and congestion on the roads.

'The 政府 has to do its 職業 a little bit better. They are moving very slowly here, not so 井戸／弁護士席,' he 追加するd.

While Arunsu Hdez, from Tenerife, said that protestors are calling for 'the 政府 to take 活動／戦闘' for 地元のs in Tenerife and 'not for British people to not come'.

'Tenerife has always been a welcoming and popular hotspot for Brits so we sent a team out there to speak to 地元のs direct. Turns out it's not the Brits that they're unhappy with ? it's their own 政府.

'So our advice to anyone thinking of 調書をとる／予約するing a holiday to the island is don't be put off - hot 天候, ice-冷淡な drinks and fantastic hotels を待つ with even friendlier 地元のs.'
