'I remember looking at my daughter, Isabel, and I thought to myself: One day, if she comes to me and says "I am in a 状況／情勢 that is unhealthy for me and I have to get out", I want to tell her that I did that too and that I will be there 持つ／拘留するing her 手渡す,' Abby said, choking 支援する 涙／ほころびs.

'I did it for my own kids and I was so proud that I had the strength to walk away because they told me when I left, "You will never find anything better than this",' she continued.

'I said, "I hope this is a big enough 調印する for you that things need to change around here because I care about these people,"' she recollected of the conversation.

When Abby tendered her 辞職 after two years because of the 有毒な workplace, instead of it 存在 an 'aha moment' for ABC to 改善する the culture, they flippantly told her 'you're going to wake up tomorrow [and] tell us, you changed your mind.'?

She didn't.

'I'm happy now,' Abby quipped and 解任するd at the time thinking: 'Why didn't I do this sooner? Who cares? It's 傾向ing on Twitter for 24 hours and then people move on.'

'I felt like I was living for the very first time in tw o years. It was the best 決定／判定勝ち（する） I could have made,' she 追加するd with a smile.

After taking a much needed mental health break, Abby is now ready to dig into the 外傷／ショック of her time at The 見解（をとる） and she's 絵 a grim picture what it's really like.

'When it （機の）カム 負かす／撃墜する to it, it wasn't an 環境 that I was 最終的に proud of and it didn't match my 優先s in my life,' Abby said, speaking on Zoom from her home. 'If I'm going to leave my children and go do something, I want to make it 価値（がある） it.'

'When the execs 雇うd me, I said, "I am not coming in to be a talking 長，率いる for any organization, any 政党, I'm coming in as Abby",' she explained. 'But very quickly you realize that's not how it goes there.'

'I learned very quickly getting there that no one was going to 選ぶ me up if I fell,' Abby continued. 'So when there was stuff 存在 gossiped about [and] it was 漏れるd from within - and you knew that - you feel 孤立するd, you feel alone and you don't feel like there's anyone there to help you out.'

Abby's podcast co-host, Lauren, chimed in to 追加する that if the show had stayed true to itself from what it was supposed to be 支援する when it 首相d, it would have been an ideal place for Huntsman. However, between the cattiness in the show and 生産者s trying to 軍隊 the talent to take extreme positions, it ended up 存在 the opposite.

'The show was positioned in 1998 as a place that was all about different women from 変化させるd backgrounds and 見解（をとる）s, and it's their true selves giving their 視野 on news of the day,' Lauren said. 'I think that was really 広大な／多数の／重要な and I think Abby would have 栄えるd 支援する in 1998.'

Unfortunately the show seems to have lost itself in the 介入するing years and Huntsman 解任するd the office gossip and 消極的な headlines from 匿名の／不明の sources left her feeling （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域 負かす／撃墜する, making it 特に hard to plaster on a smile during the show.

'I was 妊娠している with twins during a lot of that time and you get home and you just feel like, "Am I am I proud of this? I'm so lucky to have this 適切な時期, but at what cost?",' she said. 'I just I felt a bit 罠にかける.'

Huntsman felt that the (n)役員／(a)執行力のあるs seemed to make it a point to create 緊張 on and off camera as a means of co ntrolling the talent and the narrative.

'It was almost like they 手配中の，お尋ね者 there to be that 緊張. It was part of their game which made it really hard,' Huntsman told DailyMailTV. 'It didn't always make people their very best self and so you're always paranoid.
