Former Blue Peter and Countryfile presenter Matt パン職人 has spoken out on a debilitating health 条件 which is 影響する／感情ing his life.

Matt spoke to Gabby Logan on the 中央の Point podcast about he health problem that has been bothering him.
He said he 支えるd a painful 'slipped レコード' which rehearsing for his pantomime.
When Gabby asked Matt - who was once a 体操教師（選手） - if he was srill able to do backflips, he said: 'No, I can't now. I've 負傷させるd my 支援する.?

'I can't tell you how upsetting it is as an ex-体操教師（選手）, not to be able to bend 今後.'
He went on to explain how the 傷害 （機の）カム about, 説 he had a 事故 during rehearsals.?
Matt explained: 'I did my 支援する in. I was doing a panto. I was doing Goldilocks and the Three 耐えるs and we were practising with the stunt 議長，司会を務めるs, and the 議長，司会を務める wasn't 始める，決める 正確に and bang!?
'I went 負かす／撃墜する on my coccyx and it turns out I slipped a レコード in my 支援する.'
Matt 試みる／企てるd to 回復する through training and rehab but now has 注射s to manage the 苦痛.
Referring to his wife Nicola パン職人, Gabby pointed out that he lives with a?physiotherapist.

発表するing Isla's death, he wrote: 'So sad, we've said Goodbye to Isla, our oldest & smallest cairn at 13yrs.
'She was 甘い natured, 肉親，親類d, 堅い, 急速な／放蕩な as 雷, and a 患者 gentle Mum.
