'I get all I need from the Daily Mail,' says the saintly Blake Fielder-Civil in 支援する To 黒人/ボイコット, Sam Taylor-Johnson's new biopic of that most talented, most troubled of singers,?Amy Winehouse.

It's the wisest choice in a film that makes a hundred bad ones, の中で them its 決定/判定勝ち(する) to portray Fielder-Civil ― Winehouse's, let's say, 議論の的になる ex- husband ― as saintly in the first place.?

Here, as played by the 極端に buff Jack O'Connell, he's a 肉親,親類d of winsome, toe-(電話線からの)盗聴 Jack the Lad who's only incidentally 伴う/関わるd in his wife's 降下/家系 into 中毒.

Not that you'd really know about Winehouse's 降下/家系 into 中毒 from this film. That's another of its bad choices.?

So surely it must really concentrate on ― and celebrate ― the good s tuff? The actual music? Hmm. That was the 約束, but it doesn't really come to pass.

Marisa Abela, as Winehouse, has certainly put in the 成果/努力 to recreate her 支配する's look and even her sound. There's the same uplifted hairdo. The same lip piercing and tattoos. The same London drawl and jazzy singing 発言する/表明する.

But there's a big problem: it ain't 現実に her. This 90 per cent facsimile just draws attention to the 行方不明の 10 per cent: the wayward genius of the 初めの artist.

Much better to put on 支援する To 黒人/ボイコット, the album, or the song, and remember what really made Winehouse a 星/主役にする.
