延滞の 改革(する)s to 年輩の care may not bring the changes the 部門 '猛烈に' needs, MPs 警告する today.

The Public Accounts 委員会 says changes to the system have been 規模d 支援する and a new 非難する 計画/陰謀 延期するd while 基金ing for both has been コースを変えるd.

At the same time, waiting 名簿(に載せる)/表(にあげる)s are rising, town hall 予算s are under 圧力, and the 部門 is still struggling with 150,000 職業 vacancies.

The MPs 告発する/非難する the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) of not 供給するing the leadership 要求するd to 取り組む the problems, 警告 it failed to 始める,決める out a path to 達成するing the ambitions 設立するd more than two years ago.

'Waiting 名簿(に載せる)/表(にあげる)s are rising, the 部門 is short tens of thousands of 必須の staff, and 地元の 当局 財政/金融s are 存在 placed under an unsustainable 量 of 圧力.

'Whilst we welcome the 増加する in 基金ing, we 恐れる this will do little to 演説(する)/住所 the 重要な challenges 直面するd by the 部門 in the absence of a 井戸/弁護士席-基金d multi-year 戦略.?

'A 10-year 見通し is all 井戸/弁護士席 and good, but this alone is not enough to bring about the 根底となる changes this 部門 so 猛烈に needs.'

The 委員会 says it is '深く,強烈に 懐疑的な' about the 政府's goal of 統合するing health - run by the NHS - with the social care system run by 地元の 当局.

It is also 'unconvinced' if the DHSC knows if it is getting value for money from an extra £1.6bn spent on getting 患者s out of hospital beds more quickly and a £1.1bn 認める to 会議s.

The MPs raise 関心s that the money for town halls, ーするつもりであるd to 増加する carers' 支払う/賃金 and 減ずる waiting times for 年輩の people, may be '簡単に going into provider 利益(をあげる)s'.

A last-minute £500m bailout for 会議s is welcome but 'may be too little, too late to have a demonstrable 衝撃'.

The 報告(する)/憶測 also says the DHSC's 2021 white paper is 'woefully insufficient' in 取り組むing the 全労働人口 危機, while a 最近の 厳重取締 on ビザs for care 労働者s raises '重要な questions' about its 依存 on overseas staff.

It 結論するs: 'With 非難する 改革(する) 延期するd, system 改革(する) 規模d 支援する and 限られた/立憲的な 進歩 from the Department even on its 減ずるd ambition for system 改革(する), we cannot help but be 懐疑的な as to whether the 見通し is still achievable.'

The DHSC 主張するd last night: 'We are committed to 改革(する)ing adult social care and have 投資するd up to an 付加 £8.6 billion over two years to 会合,会う the 圧力s 直面するing the 部門, grow the 全労働人口 and 改善する hospital 発射する/解雇する.

'The 報告(する)/憶測 rightly 認めるs 進歩 to 上げる care 労働者s' career progression and training to 改善する retention, 含むing through a new 信じる/認定/派遣するd 資格.

'To 運動 今後 our 見通し for 改革(する), we are also 投資するing up to £700 million on a major 変形 of the adult social care system, which 含むs 投資するing in 科学(工学)技術 and adapting people's homes to 許す them to live 独立して.'
