Companies House will finally 割れ目 負かす／撃墜する on 犯罪のs who 乱用 the companies 登録（する）, in a victory for The Mail on Sunday.?

I have heard terrible stories of innocent people whose home 演説（する）／住所s have been used fraudulently to 登録（する） companies or who find themselves unwittingly 任命するd as directors of 偽の 会社／堅いs they've never even heard of.

As a result, 犠牲者s often receive worrying letters from banks, building societies and creditors and いつかs their credit ratings 苦しむ.?

Examples 範囲 全国的な, from Hinckley in Leicestershire where 21 homes were 的d by overseas 犯罪のs who 登録（する）d them as their 公式の／役人 UK base, to Leigh-on-Sea in Essex where 80 偽の companies were 登録（する）d to 所有物／資産／財産s on one street.

Shockingly, these cloaked, 偽の companies are いつかs used as a cover for a 詐欺 計画／陰謀, a money laundering 前線 or to 容易にする h uman trafficking.

The Mail on Sunday's Nail the Scammers （選挙などの）運動をする has helped raise 認識／意識性 of 問題／発行するs like this up and 負かす／撃墜する the country.

It's 決定的な we continue to 昇格 our governance to 割れ目 負かす／撃墜する on such 犯罪の activity.

That is why on Thursday we passed the 経済的な 罪，犯罪 and 法人組織の／企業の Transparency 行為／法令／行動する.?

New 法律s will give more 力／強力にするs to Companies House, the first such change in its 170-year history, and will 供給する them with the 道具s to take a much harder line on those who would 捜し出す to 乱用 the system.

These new 力／強力にするs will mean we are now able to 耐える 負かす／撃墜する on fraudulent 登録s and 任命s by 供給するing Companies House with the ability to check, challenge and 拒絶する／低下する any 疑わしい （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） before it reaches the 登録（する）.

Companies House plays a 重要な 役割 in the UK's 商売／仕事 環境 and modernisation will 確実にする 合併／会社設立 continues to be amongst the fastest in the world.

The new 必要物／必要条件s to 立証する 身元 data will take minutes, meaning 商売／仕事s will 利益 from a more reliable 登録（する）.

Company directors will have a 選び出す／独身 online 壇・綱領・公約, making it easier to manage their Companies House 事件／事情／状勢s, and will 利益 from better 保護 from 詐欺.

My message to 犯罪のs operating in the UK is （疑いを）晴らす: you have nowhere to hide, we're coming for you and will bring you to 司法（官）.
