TSB said it had seen a 35 per cent spike in online 購入（する） 詐欺, which now accounts for over half of all scam 事例／患者s.?

The bank said that 購入（する） 詐欺, when scammers trick people into 支払う／賃金ing for goods and services that don't 存在する, is 運動ing scam 事例／患者s across the banking 部門.?

Banks are seeing over 400 事例／患者s a day of online 購入（する） 詐欺, having 記録，記録的な／記録するd 77,000 事例／患者s in the first six months of 2023 alone.?

Facebook Marketplace is the biggest driver of online 購入（する） 詐欺, accounting for 77 per cent of 購入（する） scams 起こる／始まるing on the 壇・綱領・公約.

In May, TSB called on Meta to do more about the 詐欺 proliferating on its 壇・綱領・公約s, 含むing Facebook and Whatsapp.

購入（する） 詐欺 on Instagram accounts for 9 per cent of 事例／患者s, followed by Twitter (4 per cent), Snapchat (3.5 per cent) and eBay (2 per cent).

TSB advises 消費者s to stick to 信用d 出口s with a 安全な・保証する 支払い（額） 壇・綱領・公約 like eBay, アマゾン, Vinted and Gumtree.

'But it can quickly go wrong when shopping on social マスコミ 場所／位置s ? which are rife with scam adverts for items that 簡単に don't 存在する.

'And don't be easily caught out by a 取引 you see on social マスコミ ? if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.'

What are the most scammed items online?

Event tickets, 含むing concerts and sports, are a ありふれた scam and （不足などを）補う 11 per cent of all 事例／患者s, with an 普通の／平均（する） loss of £193.?

It is closely followed by shoes and trainers, which account for 6 per cent of 事例／患者s, and see 消費者s losing £225.

The sale of phones and gadgets are another ありふれた scam, 構成するing 5 and 6 per cent of scams それぞれ, with an 普通の／平均（する） loss of between £225 and £275.

TSB is also 勧めるing 消費者s to be 用心深い of adverts selling pets, holidays, cosmetics, jewellery and watches, after the 部類s （人命などを）奪う，主張するd a '重要な' number of 犠牲者s.
