What is the energy price cap??

How do I 確実にする my メーター readings and 法案s are 権利?

If you do not have a smart メーター, giving メーター readings to your 供給者 is the only way to be sure you 支払う/賃金 only for what you use and your 法案s do not 結局最後にはーなる way out of line.

Without メーター readings your 供給者 will 見積(る) how much energy you are using and 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金 you based on that - this can mean big 法案s suddenly 上陸 as you 落ちる behind.

If your last 法案 was larger than 推定する/予想するd, there could be many 合法的 推論する/理由s why you could be asked to 支払う/賃金 more:?

How to challenge energy 法案s you think are wrong

If you suddenly get a big 法案, the most important thing to remember is that 消費者s are 保護するd against 支援する 法案ing of more than a year by Ofgem 支配するs.

This means that you can't be 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金d for gas or electricity used over a year ago if you were incorrectly 法案d, or not 正確に 知らせるd beforehand.

This also 含むs 状況/情勢s where a 供給者 could 増加する your direct debit because it was 始める,決める too low 初めは, but the 支配する does not 適用する?if you have behaved obstructively or unreasonably, 妨げるing 正確な 法案ing.

If you do receive a 支援する 法案 then you should get in touch with your energy provider, letting them know that you are 保護するd by the 支援する 法案ing 支配するs and will only 支払う/賃金 for the energy you have 消費するd within the last 12 months.

But, if you receive a 法案 for energy within the last year, and you are worried that it is incorrect, you should 接触する your energy provider as quickly as possible to 解決する any 可能性のある 問題/発行するs that may be the 原因(となる).?

If you are 自信のない if your 法案 is 訂正する, it could be 価値(がある) calling your provider's 顧客 service team, who will b e able to talk you through your 法案 in more 詳細(に述べる).?

If you do not get a 満足な answer you should 令状 to your 供給者, 経由で 地位,任命する or email, explaining why you think your 法案 may be incorrect, along with an up-to-date メーター reading and any 証拠 to 支援する it up.?

How do I read my electricity メーター?

There are three types of 基準 electricity メーターs that you could come across in your home: 選び出す/独身 率 メーターs, two 率 メーターs and dial メーターs.???

For 選び出す/独身 率 メーターs, you should read the numbers from left to 権利. You should not 含む any numbers in red, or after a decimal point, when you 服従させる/提出する them to your energy provider.

The dials move in 補欠/交替の/交替するing clockwise and anti-clockwise directions, and you should read them from left to 権利, ignoring any numbers in red.
