In November 2023, my partner 購入（する）d a car from the online dealership Cinch and we met the sales スパイ／執行官 at a 選ぶ-up point to collect it.

Before taking the 重要なs we 検査／視察するd the car, and 公式文書，認めるd the bonnet lever in the cabin didn't work, （判決などを）下すing the bonnet un-openable.

We were 気が進まない to 受託する it, but my partner had been without a car for two weeks and the sales スパイ／執行官 was insistent that 取引，協定ing with Cinch would be 平易な, and it would be 修理d in no time.

Three months on, we are still no closer to getting the 修理s carried out.

But based on your experience with the online car dealership, this couldn't be その上の from the truth.

Your partner paid £9,200 for the used Dacia, but almost three months on she is still unable to open the car's bonnet, which means you are unable to 最高の，を越す up the windscreen washer or oil.

Within a week, your car had been 調書をとる／予約するd in to a 地元の garage - for real this time - and a 儀礼 car had been 配達するd to your home.

A 広報担当者 said: 'We are very sorry about the length of time that it took to 解決する this 問題／発行する and that the 乗り物 did not 会合，会う our own high 基準s on this occasion.?

'We have apologised to [the 顧客] and arranged for the car to be collected and 修理d. A 儀礼 car will be 配達するd for her to use in the 合間.

'Our 顧客s are at the heart of our 商売／仕事 and our 核心 焦点（を合わせる） continues to be 供給するing them with high 質 乗り物s.'

Three days later, the car was returned to you in 十分な working order.

However, it's 容認できない that you were 配達するd a car with several faults in the first place - and that it wasn't sorted until three months after the day you 選ぶd it up.

You also told me that your partner received a call from Cinch's 長，指導者 顧客 officer, who apologised 本人自身で, and 定評のある that there are 問題／発行するs with their after-sales service which it 計画（する）s to 演説（する）／住所.

She was also refunded for the 行政 料金 she 最初 paid to Cinch.?
