There is something of a mystery going on at the 王室の Mail ― but nothing to do with the 最近の 地位，任命する Office スキャンダル.
Rather it 伴う／関わるs a 殺到する in '偽造の' stamps and a hefty £5 刑罰，罰則 for those who receive (and 受託する) mail 地位，任命するd using one.?
Money Mail has been 接触するd by dozens of 失望させるd readers who have been stung with the 罰金, while others who have bought stamps from 合法的 sources say they are mortified at sending out mail to friends and family which the 王室の Mail then みなすs '偽造の'.

It all began two years ago when the 王室の Mail introduced stamps with barcodes, enabling mail to be 跡をつけるd and 申し込む／申し出ing a more efficient, 安全な・保証する service.
For 顧客s who had a stash of older stamps without a barcode, the 王室の Mail 開始する，打ち上げるd the Stamp 交換（する） Out 計画／陰謀, which meant they could be 交流d for barcoded ones.
最初, stamps could be swapped only by printing an online form, requesting a Stamp 交換（する） Out form online to be 地位，任命するd to you, visiting a 地元の 配達／演説／出産 office or calling 顧客 services.?
But after a （選挙などの）運動をする by our sister newspaper, The Mail on Sunday, forms were made 利用できる in 地元の 地位，任命する Offices, along with a freepost envelope.
So far so simple. However, although the new stamps portraying King Charles III have a unique barcode, which the 王室の Mail says makes it more difficult for the stamps to be 再生するd, this may not be the 事例／患者.?
Take Tony Marcella, a 54-year-old 商売／仕事 strategist from Rugby, Warwickshire. He was 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d £5 by the 王室の Mail to receive a card from an old friend after a ‘料金 to 支払う／賃金’ card （機の）カム through his letterbox.

Had she used enough postage, he wondered. Yes ― but the yellow sticker on the envelope had a box ticked with ‘偽造の stamp’. Stamps are considered a ‘安全な・保証する print item’ in a 類似の way to bank 公式文書，認めるs, which means it is a 罪，犯罪 to knowingly 再使用する or sell used or 偽の stamps.?
Disgruntled, Tony 接触するd his friend, who explained that this stamp was one of 103 she had received from the 王室の Mail after 交流ing £95.69 価値（がある） of nonbarcoded stamps through the Stamp 交換（する） Out 計画／陰謀.?
Mortified, she told him she had sent out more than 20 cards with the stamps ― if every 受取人 was 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d the 料金 then the 王室の Mail would have made at least £100 in 刑罰，罰則s from just one sender.?
Yet given the provenance of the stamps, it appeared to Tony and his friend that the 王室の Mail itself was sending out what it subsequently 示すd as ‘偽造の’ stamps.?
‘I’m very angry,’ says Tony.?
‘I looked at the surface of the stamp really closely and compared it with other stamps I had at home and I am 納得させるd the stamp 示すd 偽造の was 本物の.’?
Money Mail 接触するd stamp 専門家s at Corbitts auctioneer, in Newcastle Upon Tyne, which also reviewed images of Tony’s stamp and 確認するd that they believe the stamp is 本物の.?
‘The 料金 used to be £1 for a letter with incorrect postage but now it’s?gone up to £5!’ says Tony.?
Indeed, the £5 刑罰，罰則 is four times the price of a 基準 first-class stamp, which is 始める，決める to rise to £1.35 on April 2, and more than four times the 初めの 刑罰，罰則 price.?

A 王室の Mail 広報担当者 says: ‘王室の Mail uses a controlled 過程 which is 安全な・保証する and 強健な for the 配当 of our stamps and stamp 製品s, 含むing stamps 供給（する）d to 顧客s through our 交換（する） Out 計画／陰謀.’?
This is of little 慰安 to 78- year-old charity volunteer Pam James, from Nailsea in North Somerset.?
The mother-of-two was 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d £5 by the 王室の Mail after she received a card from her former 隣人 Lynn with a yellow label on the envelope which had a box ticket to say the second-class stamp was ‘偽造の’.?
She paid the 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 but, bemused, Pam 検査／視察するd the stamp with a magnifying glass yet could not see any discolouration, strange 示すs or errors.?
She says: ‘This is scandalous. The barcodes were supposed to help 改善する things. The price of stamps is going up but the service is going 負かす／撃墜する. I now send people 事実上の cards.’?

Watch out for sheets of stamps which are sold in 量s other than 25, 50 and 100, it recommends.?

王室の Mail did not wish to comment on how many 刑罰，罰則s it had sent out for ‘偽造の’ stamps. It would also not 確認する whether an 内部の 調査 will be carried out.?
A 王室の Mail 広報担当者 says: ‘It is 決定的な we can 調査／捜査する any instance where a person believes their stamps have been incorrectly identified as 偽造の or pre-used.?
