I'm 猛烈に searching for 援助 regarding the company Asics.

I ordered a pair of shoes to run the London マラソン in, and after three weeks I hadn't received them.

The 特使 Yodel tells me it has lost the 小包 and I need to 接触する Asics to 問題/発行する a refund.

However, I am not able to 接触する Asics. I have called, emailed, tweeted, Facebook messaged, Linkedin messaged and filled out their website form three times over the past two weeks and I have heard nothing from them.

I spent £90 which is a lot of money for me and I wonder if you can 申し込む/申し出 any advice on where to go from here? A.C, London

Lost 小包s are unfortunately on the rise. Between 増加するd 需要・要求する for home 配達/演説/出産s, strike 活動/戦闘 by 王室の Mail and opportunistic thieves pinching 小包s from doorsteps, it is more likely than ever that 配達/演説/出産s will go 行方不明の.?

(人命などを)奪う,主張するs for 行方不明の 小包s 殺到するd by 59 per cent in the year to June 2023 compared with the previous 12 months, によれば 人物/姿/数字s from 配達/演説/出産 ソフトウェア 会社/堅い Metapack.

You told me you no longer want the trainers, as it's now too late to wear them in ahead of the big race this Sunday.?

You'll wisely be sticking with your old pair instead, as running 26 miles is 堅い enough without the agony of blistered feet.

Trying to 接触する Asics, who you bought them from 直接/まっすぐに from its website, has also been a 実験(する) of your endurance. You 接触するd the sportswear 会社/堅い through every avenue imaginable: on the phone, online and on social マスコミ.

Short of turning up to its office and 需要・要求するing your refund in person, you did everything you could.

So what are the 支配するs when something you ordered online goes 行方不明の?

It is 現実に the 販売人's 義務 to chase the 小包 会社/堅い and not yours - but as you couldn't get in touch with Asics you went direct to Yodel.

That is why Yodel told you to get in touch with Asics, even though the 特使 was the one that lost your trainers.

Under the 消費者 権利s 行為/法令/行動する, you can ask the 販売人 to send you a 交替/補充, if your goods didn't turn up by the agreed date or within a reasonable time - usually 30 days.

You are also within your 権利s to 取り消す your order if it was not 配達するd by the date agreed, and it was 必須の for you to receive the 小包 by that date.

Needing the trainers for the マラソン is a perfect example of when this 支配する might come into play.

You were 適格の for either a refund or 交替/補充, and 選ぶd for the former - but couldn't 接触する Asics to get it to 支払う/賃金 you 支援する.

I tried to chase 負かす/撃墜する the trainer 会社/堅い myself, and am happy to say I caught up with it.?

It explained that 予定 to some special 申し込む/申し出s over 復活祭, it was 侵略(する)/超過(する) with orders and this led to the 延期するs in getting 支援する to 顧客s - not a good excuse in my 調書をとる/予約する.

Asics has now refunded you the £90, and also sent you a 20 per cent off 保証人/証拠物件 for the next time you ordered something on its website - though you said you won't be doing this again in a hurry.

A 広報担当者 said: 'Regarding the 消費者's 配達/演説/出産, unfortunately her 小包 was 宣言するd as lost in 輸送 by the 特使.?

'She has been refunded in 十分な for the order and should see the 基金s credited 支援する to her account すぐに, if not already.

A Yodel 広報担当者 追加するd: 'The 安全な 配達/演説/出産 of 小包s is our number one 優先, and we are sorry that [the 顧客's] experience did not 会合,会う our high 基準s in this instance.?
