'It’s just ridiculous and unnecessary that billpayers have to navigate such a コンビナート／複合体 関税 system where they get ripped off at every level, from rising standing 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s to 不当利得行為 gas companies, and still 直面する 法案s that are 60 per cent higher than three years ago.'
