However, I understand that you wish to remain in the 所有物/資産/財産.?

Therefore either, attention from the 環境 health department or 問題/発行するing your landlord a letter under the 住宅 (人命などを)奪う,主張するs may be an 選択 to 誘発する the landlord in 解決するing the 問題/発行する as soon as possible.

What if the landlord tries to 立ち退かせる them for complaining?

Dan Wilson Craw replies: As you have only just moved in you will be 保護するd from a Section 21 no fault eviction until your 直す/買収する,八百長をするd 称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語 ends ? this can be the source of 苦悩 for some tenants when making (民事の)告訴s.?

You should let the 会議 know if you are worried about this. If the 会議 agrees that the 所有物/資産/財産 is dangerous, they should serve the landlord with a formal 施行 notice, which 保護するs the tenant from a Section 21 'no fault' eviction for six months.
