How to 投資する in an Isa: The quick and 平易な guide to 投資するing around the world to grow your wealth

Deciding to 投資する is a 事柄 of personal choice.

Some 断言する by it and point to 10年間s of data showing 株式市場 投資 is the best way to make long-称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語 インフレーション-(警官の)巡回区域,受持ち区域ing 伸び(る)s; others are dead against and argue they will not 賭事 their money, pointing to three hefty 株式市場 衝突,墜落s since 2000 for 証拠.

And for many there is a middle ground, where they stick a chunk of their wealth in an FSCS-保護するd but インフレーション-imperilled cash 貯金 account and 投資する the 残り/休憩(する).

Each to their own, I say, but once someone has decided to 投資する - ideally in the 税金-(警官の)巡回区域,受持ち区域ing 避難所 of an Isa - what’s the quickest and simplest way to do it?

It's possible to invest around the world to growth your wealth at a low cost and from the comfort of your own home, our guide explains how

It's possible to 投資する around the world to growth your wealth at a low cost and from the 慰安 of your own home, our guide explains how

There’s a vicious circle problem in 令状ing any guide to this. You need to keep it short to 持つ/拘留する people’s attention, but often each element you explain then について言及するs something else that 要求するs その上の explanation.

As I’ve already wasted plenty words in that preamble, I’ve 始める,決める myself the challenge of explaining the basics someone needs to know to 投資する in an Isa as 簡潔に as possible from here on in - and then 追加するd some simple 基金 選択s at the 底(に届く).

How to 投資する?

You shouldn’t 危険 either your 雨の day 基金 or money you need in the short-称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語. Keep that 安全に in readily accessible cash 貯金.

But you also don’t need to be rich to 投資する, you can start 投資するing with a small lump sum or £25 per month.

You can 支払う/賃金 a professional to do it for you but for most people the cost of a 財政上の 助言者 will feel prohibitive for their simple 投資するing needs.

That leaves two main 選択s: use an 自動化するd service or do it yourself.

The former 伴う/関わるs an online wealth 経営者/支配人, or robo-助言者, as they are often called. These 申し込む/申し出 道具s to 設立する your goals and 危険 levels and will build a 大臣の地位 they manage for you.

You 支払う/賃金 a bit for this, but in return you get 平易な 手渡すs-off 投資するing with some 専門家 help. Read our review of the main robo-助言者s here.

If you want to 選ぶ 投資s yourself ? perhaps with some 指導/手引 - then you need a DIY 投資するing 壇・綱領・公約. My tried and 実験(する)d, 設立するd 壇・綱領・公約s that are 平易な to use 含む?Hargreave s Lansdown, Interactive Investor,?AJ Bell?and Fidelity.

These let you buy 株, 基金s and 投資 信用s, and our DIY 投資するing 壇・綱領・公約 一連の会議、交渉/完成する-up will help you understand their 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s and which is best for you. 先導's low-cost 壇・綱領・公約 is also 価値(がある) a について言及する but only lets you buy its 製品s, while Freetrade 申し込む/申し出s 料金-解放する/自由な 株 取引,協定ing but you cannot buy 基金s.

What to 投資する in

Once you’ve got past the ‘how’ 障害物, the next step is what 投資s to choose.

Even if you forgo individual 株-選ぶing and 選ぶ for 基金s or 投資 信用s that pool 投資家s’ money to 持つ/拘留する a 選択 of companies, there is a baffling array to choose from.

In my years 令状ing about 投資するing, I have learnt most people are not 関心d with finding the 絶対の best 投資, but are worried about 選ぶing a bad one. And I think this is why many 落ちる 負かす/撃墜する at this point.

Don’t stop here though, it doesn’t have to be difficult.

The 重要な is to think as 幅の広い and simple as possible by 投資するing around the world ? and understand a bit about 資産 配分. This sounds 複雑にするd but is 簡単に about not putting all your eggs in one basket.

At the simplest level, there are two main 投資 資産s: 株 and 社債s ? both of which can be bought in nicely-diversified 基金s and 信用s.

株 are 裁判官d to be riskier but 申し込む/申し出 greater rewards, while 社債s are safer but 申し込む/申し出 いっそう少なく 適切な時期 for 伸び(る)s.

株 伴う/関わる buying a 火刑/賭ける in a company, which can go up or 負かす/撃墜する in value, while 社債s 伴う/関わる lending a 政府 or company money for an 利益/興味 率 return and all your money 支援する.

The safest 社債s are considered to be 最高の,を越す grade 政府 社債s in your home 通貨. Fortunately for British 投資家s the UK’s 政府 社債s, known as gilts, make the 削減(する) here.

The 伝統的な way of taking いっそう少なく 危険 has been to 持つ/拘留する a greater 割合 of 社債s: so an adventurous 大臣の地位 might be 100 per cent 株, a middle of the road one would be 60 per cent 株 and 40 per cent 社債s, and a low 危険 one 20 per cent 株 and 80 per cent 社債s.

平易な Isa 投資するing?

1. Have you got a 雨の day 基金 in cash and is it enough?

2.? Check what you can afford to 投資する and be happy with the 危険 (play around with some 場所/位置s' 危険 道具s)

3. Find the 'how'. Decide if you want robo-advice or DIY and 選ぶ a 壇・綱領・公約

4. Choose a 幅の広い 全世界の 基金 and balance it with a 割合 of 社債s or cash to lower your 危険

5. Get started and 投資する 定期的に

6. Check up once or twice a year: think long-称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語 but make sure 投資s are still 権利 for you?

The problem at the moment is that 社債s 支払う/賃金 very little 利益/興味 and are 歴史的に expensive to buy, 予定 to 最高の-low 利益/興味 率s and central banks buying them en-集まり - first to 戦闘 the 財政上の 危機 and then Covid-19 lockdowns.

If you want to keep things really simple, you could 取って代わる 社債s with cash in a 貯金 account.

Keep this separate to your 雨の day マリファナ and think of it as part of your 投資するing 大臣の地位, with a 割合 of cash 関係のある to how much 危険 you want to take.

There is a choice to make over active 基金s, where a 経営者/支配人 tries to cherry-選ぶ the best 投資s and (警官の)巡回区域,受持ち区域 the market, or often-cheaper passive 基金s that just follow a 株式市場 索引.

If you want to go active, then choose a 基金 or 投資 信用 that is not too expensive and has a 経営者/支配人 who you think will 追加する value but not too much 危険.

If you choose a passive tracker 基金, then 目的(とする) to keep costs low.

Whichever 大勝する you take, the simplest thing to start with is a 全世界の 基金 or 信用 that can form the 核心 of your 大臣の地位.?

Then, as you 伸び(る) 信用/信任, you could 追加する smaller 衛星 投資s in other areas if you wish.

That’s the whistlestop 小旅行する. Below are some simple 基金 ideas to get started here.
