FCA at war with City over 計画（する） to '指名する and shame' 会社／堅いs it is 調査／捜査するing

But in an article for City AM, the FCA’s 共同の directors of 施行, Therese 議会s and Steve Smart, 拒絶するd the 批評s.?
They said there was no 計画（する） to 指名する 会社／堅いs in every 調査 and that it was not about ‘捜し出すing to shame’ companies.
The article said: ‘It’s about 向こうずねing a スポットライト on a 事例／患者 in a way that will 阻止する others, raise 基準s, 安心させる 顧客s, 反対する ill-設立するd 憶測, or encourage people to come 今後 with 証拠 and 知能.’?
分析 of 会社／堅いs 調査／捜査するd in the past had shown there was little 衝撃 on their 株 price when 調査（する）s became public, 議会s and Smart 追加するd.
And they 拒絶するd the argument they were 損失ing the UK’s attractiveness globally.
‘会社／堅いs want to come to a 裁判権 where they know that 支配するs will be 施行するd, 正直さ upheld, bad actors challenged and a level playing field 設立するd,’ the regulators said.
