The first is that the borrower can me et the 貸す人's 必要物/必要条件s. The second element is that the 貸す人 will want to be sure that the 所有物/資産/財産 will be a suitable 安全 for the mortgage.?

This 確実にするs that the 所有物/資産/財産 is 価値(がある) what is 存在 paid for it, and that its structure and 条件 is in good order.

That 保護するs the 利益/興味 of the 貸す人 in 事例/患者 the borrower can't 会合,会う the 支払い(額)s, and the 所有物/資産/財産 最終的に ends up 存在 repossessed.?

Having the 所有物/資産/財産 valued gives the 貸す人 保証/確信 that they would be able to sell the 所有物/資産/財産 and 支払う/賃金 off the 優れた mortgage from the proceeds, if the worst did happen.

Not all valuations are equal?

As part of the 使用/適用 過程 a 貸す人 will therefore order a valuation.?

In some 事例/患者s the borrower may have to 支払う/賃金 for this to be 行為/行うd, although plenty of mortgage 取引,協定s will 申し込む/申し出 incentives in the form of a 解放する/自由な basic valuation.

The basic valuation will be for the 貸す人's 目的s only, and is not an in-depth 報告(する)/憶測.?

It may 旗 any obvious and major 問題/発行するs which could 潜在的に help a 買い手, but it is not designed to 保護する the 利益/興味s of the 買い手.?

A valuation may not even always be a physical 査察 of the 所有物/資産/財産.?

Although it's more likely on a 購入(する) than a remortgage, it is possible in 確かな circumstances that a 貸す人 will rely on an 自動化するd valuation or a '運動-by' valuation, where the valuer visits, but doesn't 接近 the 所有物/資産/財産.

It's therefore 一般に advisable for the 買い手 to (売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限 a second, more in-depth 報告(する)/憶測, whether that is a home 買い手's 報告(する)/憶測 or a 十分な 構造上の 調査する.?
