While asking prices may have seen sharp 落ちるs over the past two months, 普通の/平均(する) asking prices end the year just 1.1 per cent below a year ago.

Prices in seven out of 11 地域s are marginally higher than a year ago. The North West of England leads the way, up by 1.5 per cent compared to last year.
