We're dodging monstrous £22k stamp 義務 法案 by building a shed office instead, says LEE BOYCE

However, I don't think another stamp 義務 holiday is the 解答. The last one helped 所有物/資産/財産 prices ロケット/急騰する between summer 2020 and the end of 2021.

In my opinion, a 静める 手段d approach to 大幅に 減ずるing stamp 義務 永久的に should be considered ? with a 保証(人) the goalposts won't be moved again for a long time to 追加する more certainty.

Until then ? and 直面するing a £30,000 stamp 義務 法案 if we move in 2026 when our mortgage 取引,協定 満了する/死ぬs ? I think I'll keep winning the 'love it' and stay put argument.
