How much could messy 隣人s knock off the value of your home?

The 熟考する/考慮する, which 調査するd 253 広い地所 スパイ/執行官s around the UK, also looked at the 隣人 eyesores that most 衝撃 the sale of someone's home.

More than a fifth of 広い地所 スパイ/執行官s believe an overgrown garden will have the greatest 衝撃 on the value of a nextdoor 所有物/資産/財産.

Unsurprisingly, rubbish or junk in the 隣人s' 前線 garden or driveway is also likely to 衝撃 the value of the 隣接する home, with 20 per cent of 広い地所 スパイ/執行官s believing it has a 消極的な 衝撃.

One in five said 洪水ing gutters have a 消極的な 衝撃, while a 類似の number said that a large number of cars parked on or around the 所有物/資産/財産 can put off 買い手s.

'A clean house sells quicker than a dirty one and the same goes for one with clean 隣人s,' says Pryor.

'A messy house can be 価値(がある) 10 per cent いっそう少なく than the same house if you gave it a spring clean, and the same goes for unkempt 隣人s.

'It gives the impression that people don't care, and if they don't care about their own 所有物/資産/財産 then the 仮定/引き受けること is often that they won't care about you and yours when you are living next door.

What should 販売人s do if they have a messy 隣人?

Selling your home can be a stressful experience at the best of times.

If the 条件 of the next door 隣人's house or garden could 衝撃 the saleability of your home, then it's 価値(がある) trying to find a 解答.
